Read the mixed reviews but considering the excellent price, I ordered it regardless. Seems accurate enough: readouts track with reference Nonin unit and a vintage Onyx. Interesting feature – the pushbutton causes the display to flip, making it easy for you to see SP02 and HR, or if a provider looking from the opposite direction, a click of the button rights the numbers. It is mot good. Takes forever to get a measurement. Have to turn it on n off several times. Do not recommend this product. Like now it’s on n won’t shut off. Have to remove batteries. Only put one star because u don’t have a no star option.

It functions
It works. The display colors are not the same as the photo so the display is not as vibrant. There is not auto shut off so I have to take the battery out so it won’t drain. But it works.
