This belt is awesome it definitely feels like it works. It activates my core and feel my stomach muscles getting stronger 💪 the arm ones work two there just a little too small. They too.

Always spray before use. Start at lower setting
When I received the product it looked high quality and all of the product was there. It even came with a little spray bottle that is not listed on the items you will receive when purchasing the product. I was excited. Until I went to hook it up then one of the little battery packs did not work. So I contacted Amazon and they put me in contact with the vendor. They were very understanding and they even reimbursed me the money for my problems. The product on the other hand using the other battery packs works great and I even noticed a flatter stomach and stronger biceps within 2 weeks. When using it though at first it does hurt in a way but you will get used to it and it will become normal to wear as it fits all sizes due to its Velcro strap. Just remember to always spray before use. And start at a lower level setting . I started at 5 . Now I am up to 12.
