Wonderful device
First-why did I buy it? I battle with insomnia and good sleep hygiene. I live in the north and the sun doesn’t rise till quite late and I was spending too much time in bed. Wondered if I had a bit of SAD also so I was motivated to give this a try.I’m still struggling to find the perfect position for the lamp so that I get all the benefits but that will simply be trial and error for the next few days.Benefits-I’ve only used it for three days but I notice that if I take my blood pressure after using the light-my blood pressure in now normal instead of borderline or high. I presume that is just part of my new routine of visualizing sitting on a warm porch outside watching the sun rise as the world heats up (I also got a space heater). Its the perfect way to start the morning with a positive outlook.I think it is also great to use to support my sleep hygiene routine for insomnia since it gives me incentive to get out of bed at the proper time instead of waiting for the sun to actually come up. I love my new routine!It’s easy to use, can be rotated in a multitude of positions so you can figure out what works best for you. It has a very small footprint so it takes up almost no space on my desk.I’m following the directions to gradually bring it closer and increase the amount of time that I use it each morning but I’m already seeing changes in my life and I’ll continue using it!Definitely worth trying!

Bright, Compact, and Perfect for a Morning Routine
This lamp has worked great for us. It’s very bright for such a compact unit, and the 10,000-lux output provides strong light therapy without needing a large device taking up space.Most of the time it sits on our bathroom counter while my wife does her morning routine, and it’s perfect for that. It’s small enough to fit easily on the counter but still puts out plenty of light.The design is simple and clean, and it’s very easy to use—just turn it on and let it run while getting ready for the day. It doesn’t take up much room and blends in well with everything else on the counter.Another nice feature is the folding design, which makes it very easy to travel with—about as convenient to pack as a flat iron. It folds down flat so it doesn’t take up much space in a bag.Overall, it’s a well-designed, compact light therapy lamp that’s easy to incorporate into a normal morning routine and simple to bring along when traveling.

Great lamp, but mght be awkward for travel for some trips
This is a good lamp: bright and adjustable. It does not have a timer but I just use my phone. It has a relatiely heavy base so it stands up reliably unlike most flimsy lamps. it’s easy to adjust it from standing up to lying flat pointing up.I don’t think it’s a great travel option. It uses a country-specific wall wart with a barrel connector, not USB C ( I got a USB C / barrel adaptor). Also the weighted base (an excellent feature) means it’s not ultra light. I will leave it at home if I’m just going somewhere overnight, but if I’m checking a bag I’ll bring it.

Works well, wakes me up in the morning. I will say the design is a bit weird, I was expecting it to be more maneuverable but it feels more like a giant flip phone. The base is very sturdy so it does make a good lamp, easy to use single button setup. No flickering.

Good and powerful, stands up well and folds down to be less obtrustive when not in use. Note that the AI generated information says you can get the light therapy effect at the same distance from the device, reglardless of the model. (I read LOTS of them.). This is not correct. Research shows that distance and size of the lamp both matter. Search the web for independent reviews which tell you how close/far you can be from the lamp and still get the required dose of light. For some it is only 5″! For others, like this one, it is 18-24″ (I think.) It seems to be helping me sleep. Will see whether it also helps mood.

Easy to use, I won’t use it if it takes an hour to set up!
Easy to set up and adjust. The light is touch controlled and works well. I prefer the lightest setting but in the heart of the winter will probably like brighter. I like that I can adjust the angle. Just for the health effects of the light, I can angle it down toward my face. My journaling, reading, or fiber work (all done after the time for health) I adjust it toward the work.

Bright but Comforting Light!
I have a lot of these types of “light therapy” lights and lamps, I have used them in my Studio for decades. This one is by far my favorite. It puts out a lot of light, and actually feels comforting in a way none of my other lights do. The cord and cord length is my least favorite thing about it, as I move this one around from my Family Room to my Kitchen, and the cord is short. I would absolutely adore this if it had some sort of battery or recharge capability. I haven’t even tried the timer, but the quality of the lamp is quite good, and I’ll likely buy another one for my Studio.

I am using on my sink in the morning as I get ready. It takes no space and is adjustable so it is perfect. It also helps me check my makeup with a check for outdoor real sunlight. Has been helpful to help me adjust my makeup so it looks better outside. I highly recommend.
