I am pleased with this good quality face cleansing tool by Stepcare. I find it easy to use and I think that the rechargeable battery lasts well. I think that this face scrubber device is well made and feels durable. I found that the black head remover end worked well when I used it with a cleansing oil once a week. I think that this tool feels nice on my skin and I like the results I achieve when using it. Overall I think that this scrubber is good value and I would reccomend it.

I have oily skin so wanted this to help clear my pores more effectively than washing with my hands alone. I find it comfortable to hold and it’s lightweight. It’s quite big but I am able to navigate it round my face with ease, getting in beside my nose and around the eyes is easy despite the size.I also find the control easy to use. The on/off switch is in the centre then each sides button is on the outside. It comes with 3 different vibrations for the scrub part then 4 different modes for the scraper.I’ve found it works best to apply my face cleanser directly to my skin and then use the brush to lather it up and scrub away the days dirt. I did try applying my face wash directly to the brush but it just sinks between the bristles.It’s gentle on my skin and doesn’t irritate my skin. After using this my face feels cleaner and I’ve found it gets less oily throughout the day.The device is ip7 waterproof so easy to use in the shower. The metal scraper makes a slight buzzing noise when in use but it doesn’t hurt when against the skin. Easy to scrape along the skin, removing oil and dirt from my pores.As it’s silicon it’s easy for me to keep clean and dry between uses to prevent bacteria growing.

As other reviewers have said, the price for this face scrubber is on the high side… But it is a well made, well designed product that does work, so long as you’re patient. It is quite powerful although don’t expect to see immediate results – you’ll want to make this part of a regular routine and see how things improve over a few weeks, not necessarily a few days. It’s intuitive to use and battery life was fine; it’s quick and easy to power up again. I’m not sure the value for money is here, compared with other products that do similar things. 4/5 – very good but not excellent.
