Love the simplicity and it works great!
I purchased this unit because it takes batteries and it is simple to use. I prefer batteries because it’s easier to pop in a battery and not have to wait for a unit to recharge. If your in the middle of trying to relieve pain and the unit runs out of juice, it can be a pain to wait for it to charge again. Some units are too complex to use and have way too many options for someone who is not able to use lots of setting, such as an elderly person or special needs person. This is a great unit, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again!

Very basic, but very easy to use and includes a “massage” feature
I purchased this unit to use the EMS feature, in the hope of increasing lymph drainage (we shall see if that is working). What I like about this unit is its ease of use and the price point. It offers TENS (which I haven’t used) for stimulating nerves and controlling pain, EMS for stimulating muscles and supposedly also connective tissue, and “massage” which feels exactly like the EMS setting, only simpler.As a basic unit, both channels are on the same program — you can’t have one channel pulse one way and the other channel pulse another way. You get a total of four electrodes (2 per channel). You can turn either channel off, or you can adjust intensity for either channel, as long as both are on the same program. There are different programs for each mode — four for the EMS, that mostly vary spacing in between pulses and width of pulses.A nice feature is that once you’ve set your program, after about 15 seconds the unit locks so you can put it in your pocket without worrying about accidentally changing the intensity. You can turn off the lock by hitting one of the channel buttons, so that is easy as well.I can’t give 5 stars because both channels are locked together, and I would have liked to have more electrodes. But I’m very happy with the unit so far. Let’s hope I don’t jinx that experience by writing a positive review!

So glad I got this
This is the 3rd tens unit I’ve owned. The other 2 were much larger and I specifically wanted something smaller. I love this unit, so many great features. I really wanted something that took regular batteries instead of having to charge via a cable. I use rechargeable batteries so if my batteries run out I just swap them out and don’t have to wait for the unit to recharge via a cable. I also wanted something where the program would run for more than just 15 minutes (my first unit had this limit). I appreciate that this (at least some settings, I haven’t tested them all) can run for 90 minutes. I also like that it remembers whatever program/timing you had last time so you can just turn it on, turn up the level and it’s good to go. My last one you had to select the program every time you turned it on and since I use the same thing every time that just seemed like an unnecessary step. Lastly, I love the small size as it fits in my pocket much better than the other 2 I owned. I’ve had it 2 months now, used it multiple times and it is by far the BEST one I’ve had and there’s nothing I would change.

Awesome muscle stimulation machine
My old muscle stimulator stopped working and a replacement was taking along time. My therapist picked this one after looking at the multitude of machines out there. This was compact, easy to use and the belt clip made it easy to do other things seeing how I had a stroke and only had use of one hand.

Lots of power, be careful! Lots of options on massage or Tens patterns. Not sure why anyone would buy a more expensive model when this one does it all. Great deal!
