Longevity and outcome
Had this thing for a long time and is still going strong! Works for pain. Warmth feels good, it pre-programmed 20 min intervals which is great for watching TV and not needing to monitor. Go less if sensitive skin, id say 5-10 depending. My whole family uses. My LO is sensitive so she goes about 7 min and no problems. Over all…feels amazing, helps with pain, and very versatile. Thank you! (IF you get a lemon, return it, don’t gripe on here, that’s why we have Amazon friends!!!) Besides, those stars really help the seller! I always encourage everyone to try to leave a 5 star regardless, then add complaints to message! Ppl still get to read them, and who knows…the seller could reach out personally to make it right! Grattitude goes a long way. Ok, Rant over. But, this is a good one!

Surprisingly amazing!
So, I go into everything a major pessimist, having had poor results from so-called “life changing” products. After using this for a couple weeks, I’m finally ready to say this thing is pretty fantastic. I have upper & middle back pain almost constantly. While this belt doesn’t miraculously allow me to lift heavy objects with no back pain (duh), it does drastically cut down the severity of the pain felt and what I’ve noticed the most is the impact on recovery time. Before, if I did something that exacerbated my back pain in the morning, it would stay with me all day and night. Since using this belt, if that happens in the morning, within approximately 2 hours, the pain is gone. I am not blowing steam, guys! I hardly ever leave reviews but I had to do one for this. This red light stuff is legit! Just do your research. Using red 600-700nm and infrared 800-1000nm is what is needed to effectively penetrate to muscles & joints. This belt has both when adjusting the power level to red and the mode to red. The first couple times I used it, I wanted to be sure my skin didn’t have any bad reactions so I only used it for the 20 minutes it stays on (it has auto shut off). Once I was certain I’d have no reactions, I started doubling that. I’d turn it right back on once it shut off (for a total time of 40 minutes). I use it once every other day for 40 minutes and that’s been the sweet spot for me. I’m honestly so surprised at how well this works. If you’re on the fence, just buy it already!!!

This works for skin tightening
I bought this for skin tightening and it works! I really wanted to buy the red light mat so I could treat larger areas at a time but it’s a hundred bucks and I wanted to see if red light could actually work for my body. It does! I use this probably five days a week and my tummy and butt are definitely firmer. I lay in bed to use it because it’s built for your back, so in order for me to treat my belly and bottom, it’s easier to lay down. I slide it under my butt and let it do its thing for twenty minutes then lay it across my belly for another twenty. I’m glad I started with this because it was a very low risk investment and now I feel comfortable ordering the mat.Quick note! I had some trouble figuring out how to access the different modes and the instructions weren’t very clear. So here’s how you do it if you want the highest setting: hit the power button 3x then hit the mode button 3x also. HAS TO BE PLUGGED IN, NOT RECHARGEABLE

The belt is easy to use and directions are clear. I have noticed a significant decrease in pain and stiffness in my joints after using it. I am very happy with this purchase! If I could change anything about it, I would make it cordless!

Incredible! Is it magic?
Ok, let me start by saying I was very skeptical, but decided to give it a try, because at this point, I’ll literally try anything. It all started this spring when I decided to xeriscape my yard. After way too much squatting, I found that my hip really hurt. I chocked it up to just being over worked, and figured it would get better in a few days of rest. Fast forward to September, and the pain is still there; sometimes unbearable and difficult to walk or sit for too long. Backup about a month, and I thought adding in some regular exercise would help with my mobility. Well, I overdid it with the Zumba and deep stretching yoga poses, and I tore the meniscus in my knee. Same knee as my hip, so the right side of my body has really been hit hard. For perspective, I’m a 50 year old person who is probably trying to move like a 20 year old, but I’ll do anything to avoid surgery.Ok, now that the background is out of the way, fast forward back to today. I ordered this unit last night out of desperation, and was delighted to see that it had free overnight delivery. It showed up today, on time. I pulled it out and immediately put it to use. Starting with my hip, I just laid it over my hip area exposing as much of my hip to the light as possible. Did a 20 minute treatment on the NIR+RED setting, and when it was done, I got up and there was NO PAIN!! Ok, is this a placebo affect? Ya know what? I don’t care! I’ll take it! I’ve now wrapped my knee and am doing a knee treatment, and all I can hope for is that it will help, even a fraction of what my hip felt like when done. I use the highest setting option which is done by pressing the power button to turn the unit on, then press the mode button until it turns red, and then press the power button again until it turns red: meaning both lights are illuminated red. I plan to do this a couple times per day, but if it’s anything like what it did for my hip on the very first treatment, I’m sold!It’s comfortable, easy to use, and the heat is an added bonus. It’s high quality and extremely versatile, because it’s big enough to treat any area of the body with ease. I was off put at first thinking that the NIR setting wasn’t working because I couldn’t see any light being emitted, but had to remind myself that the human eye can’t see infrared light, so don’t send it back thinking that the NIR setting isn’t working. I found that the price was great compared to other units, so this is a real value for the money. Overall, if I keep getting the results that I got with one single treatment, this is GOD SENT. Give it a try!
