Excellent results; tricky instructions
I ordered this for chronic foot pain including plantar fasciitis and other problems on both feet, that have been ongoing for over 2 months. Additionally, I had an inflamed nerve running across the top of one foot.Within 1 day my nerve pain was 95% gone on the top of my one foot. Still working on the other issues, but very happy with the results so far. [Edit: the nerve pain came back a day later, so it seems like i got temporary pain relief, still good but not a miracle cure.]That said, the product isn’t perfect. For one thing, I had a very hard time figuring out how to use it the first time — even though I work in high tech and am very device savvy. The instructions are lacking. Do not give up if it takes time to figure out. The instructions are complete but miss some fundamental context and details. It took me about 30 minutes to figure out, and then I had no issues.The main tip is that even after you turn it on, and select your settings, you then have to “turn up” the intensity with the plus (+) button on the side. This was not at all intuitive to me from the manual. Even though it actually states in the quick start guide to use the +/- settings, it didn’t register with me that it would only start to work once you turn it up.It would help if they changed the instructions FROM “Use + / – to adjust intensity” TO “Press + button repeatedly until you feel pulsing, then use +/- to adjust intensity.”Also, it would help if the product page had clearer instructions about how to reorder the compatible replacement pads. It took me too long to figure out which ones work. And the AI generated answer gave an incorrect answer when I asked in the ‘ask a question’ section.The replacement pads that would have been incompatible if I had ordered what was recommended.In essence there are 2.35 mm snap connectors and 2 mm pin connectors — and they’re not interchangeable. The AI answer recommended the snap connectors incorrectly.Lastly, the little plastic overlay on top of the screen is very difficult to remove and created a lot of friction before I could use the device. The adhesive on the screen cover was way too sticky and almost impossible to remove. I can understand why several of the negative reviews showed that their actual screen was pulled completely off the unit. That’s because the plastic on it is too aggressive. Even though I saw that others had an issue, I still struggled with mine. In trying to be extra careful not to pull my screen off, I accidentally ripped off just the tiny tab on the disposable plastic. Then I couldn’t remove the rest of it without some surgical effort involving a razor blade. And because there’s a giant black QR code blocking the screen, the plastic must be removed in order to read the screen and use the device. All of the drama with the screen was completely unnecessary and took over ten minutes to resolve. There’s no reason they should print a giant QR code on the front screen. Or have aggressive adhesive. These two issues compound the friction and make it harder then needed to get started.Other than the tricky instructions, the screen plastic friction, and the mystery of which replacement pads to order, the device itself is great, and I highly recommend.Before I bought it, I borrowed a Omron OM3030 tens device from a neighbor to see if it might seem useful. I can’t believe the vast difference between the Omron and this one I bought. It’s like night and day. The Omron feels like a toy compared to this one (checks box), Belifu.So glad I did some research on Reddit before buying an Omron, and luckily picked a good device mostly based on Amazon reviews. It probably took me 3 hours of research before I picked this. Very happy with it.

Excellent choice
Recently I dropped and damaged my previous tens unit, so I was in the market for another one. After reading several reviews of different units, I chose this one. The unit came nicely packaged and arrived on time. I unboxed the unit, removed the plastic packaging and turned it on. Right away I noticed it came with about a 50 percent charge on the rechargeable battery. I fumbled around with the controls trying to decipher everything that it was pre-loaded with and quickly gave up! This unit has so many different settings, that the instructions were very helpful.Once I got dialed in, I went to town and tried out the settings. The relaxation setting is probably one of my favorite ones. It really does help to relax your stiff sore muscles and provide a great natural relief. The EMS and TENS settings are equally useful.The screen is big, bright, and very easy to manipulate. It comes with some pads, charging cable (usbC) and two lead wires. The leads seem to be of decent quality and fit snuggly into the unit. There is a hard plastic piece that is in the storage pouch that is for placing the used pads on and to wind up your leads.I am very happy with this device and look forward to hopefully years of service.

Works great, easy to use, and very affordable.
This unit is well designed and has all the features you need for EMS or TENS use. It allows you to make fine-tuning adjustments to the frequency and pulse width while in operation. I found his to be very useful. The pads have a gel coating that lasts for 10-15 applications with inexpensive replacements. I like the fact that you can extend the adhesdive gel by lightly rinsing the pad when storing or just before reusing it. I would have gven a five star rating if it allowed the user to adjust the intensity while the unit was in pause mode and provided an easy way to adjut the LED screen brightness. I can recommend buying this unit.
