Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product had more consecutive 5 star reviews than other products. Size of product was also a determining factor. Some of these machines are quite large and bulky and take a good amount of floor space. This one however does not. It is only about a wide as a typical, on your feet stance. It positions your feet normal, shoulder width a part, for the function it does, it is pretty quiet, more so than i had anticipated actually which is a very helpful touch. I have only used this a handful of times so far but so far so good! i was actually hesitant to believe that just a shaky plate could offer a ‘full body workout’ of sorts. I was wrong. Low on setting 1 is pretty powerful, but it goes up to 90 or 99 i believe. And boy, does this thing move ya! Not in a too powerful or aggressive motion kind of way but you can definitely feel it shake your muscles around. In turn, your muscles tense up a bit to keep your balance, thus resulting in feeling like you’ve had a fair workout. I have used it to stand upright on, sat with my bottom on the plate and my legs cross folded in front of me on the floor, and have gotten on my knees and knelt over it with the palms of my hands rested on the plate in an attempt to work out my shoulders, upper back region. All 3 positions have worked successfully and i can feel each one treating my muscles differently. My partner had even laid on their back on the floor and placed their legs across the plate with the backs of their thighs resting on the plate to help get some leg motion in order when their legs were felling sore after a tough day of work. Again, this worked very well. It did come with the stretch band a nice bonus, though i haven’t used it much, it is likely suited for a smaller stature individual as it is too short for me to stand on and attempt to do lateral arm raises with. – Overall this seems to be an effective product, well built, affordable compared to others, and really an enjoyable machine. I would definitely buy again if the need arises. Pain relief:I suffer from a fair amount of lower back pain and just general tightness. This did make my lower back somewhat sore at first, probably because new motions involved, however it was not anything unmanageable and has since subsided. Pain relief however, this machine has helped with some general soreness in my legs from helping the blood flow move around again (I’m assuming, i’m not doctor), after long days of being on my feet, hiking, etc.Functionality:This product definitely serves its primary function and seems to be pretty solid little machine. If you are in the market for something like this, i would absolutely recommend this one.

Very effective
Bought this vibration plate for my mother in law who needs additional way to stay mobile and to help with her lymphatic fluid drainage. It’s easy to use even for her. It’s not too noisy, which is important because she lives on the second level of a two family home. So far it has been durable after using it daily or even multiple times a day. Her roommate also uses it too. It has helped her a lot and she feels like her legs feel more energized. She actually started walking more indoors and outdoors again, which is very good for her age. She has bad knees and the vibration plate actually helps relieve some of the pain. Don’t know how that works, but we’re glad. Overall, if it lasts a year, I’d say it’s a good deal for the price. Highly recommend it. But please follow the instructions and start slowly until your body gets used to it. And make sure you have something to hold on to or lean on just to be safe.

Fast delivery. So far, so good. This plate is narrower hence the word mini, works perfectly well, remember to stand on the edges for maximum effect. Only had it for a week, but use it 15mins a day. It has helped to reduce some of the fluid I could see in my ankles. Combine it with a youtube vibration plate exercise video. Very quiet, but may become noisier over time. Great price to try out a new piece of equipment.

Couple weeks in and its making a difference. Durable, does what is needed. Great buy for the price.
