Great workout tool!
I am very impressed by this arm exerciser! I honestly wasn’t sure if it was gonna do anything, but I feel like I work out now even when I don’t get a chance to go to the gym. I feel like my muscles are getting stronger. After using this exerciser, I feel great and I love that It has a timer. It’s also so easy to bring with you wherever you go, which I absolutely love such a good size but very effective.

I made a bad review but I think I caught it in time! In any event I thought it wasn’t coming on but you have to squeeze the handles, my apologies! OMG! The fat on my arms is in shock! It works but you will also have full knowledge of how Ted Bundy felt during his electrocution! You have been warned.

Wash hands before using to help feel pulsation
I am not very good at toning my arms with hand weights, so I thought, at minimum, this will hopefully help my arms some. I read several reviews before purchasing. Most were positive, but a couple were negative. One reviewer noted that they couldn’t feel much EMS. After I charged it and read the instructions, I tried it out. At first, I didn’t feel much either. I would recommend trying a level 3 intensity level or at least try that level if 1 and 2 don’t feel like much. On the instruction “Notes,” #3 says: “In case the skin on your palm is too dry, it may not feel electronic pulses. It is recommended to apply skin care products or wash hands before using.” I opted to hand wash and patted my hands dry, and, voila, it worked much better! I hope to update my review after 4 weeks or more to see if I’ve noticed any real toning benefit.
