Disappointing Quality Weak Performance
All multi-functional settings are poorly calibrated. The contact surface is rough and uncomfortable, with obvious manufacturing flaws.

The microcurrent and heating features barely work. Vibration is feeble, and the whole device is made of cheap, flimsy plastic materials.

When using this product, you must use a large amount of massage oil. These rollers are not smooth enough. Even with the oil applied, they repeatedly squeezed the skin on the inner side of my thigh, leaving small red marks. It’s truly disappointing.

missing parts and diagram
how do I get the Gel and diagram that wasn’t included? the main product was there but not the gel or diagram. it’s kinda useless without the instructions (diagram, not stuff printed on box).
