A perfect fit for my studio
I have always been a fan of having many different type of lighting devices around the house particularly my recording studio. I have to say that the Govee Uplighter Floor Lamp is perhaps the coolest one I have encountered by virtue of its form, function and aesthetics. I needed a lighting device to fit be ergonomic enough to fit behind my equipment rack and not be in the way of accessing my gear and be able to provide and fulfill working and ambient lightning needs. This one nailed every aspect of my need, wants and expectations perfectly. I was totally enamored with how easy it is to use and operate. Right out of the box it was easy to assemble and setup without reading the instructions. Downloading and using the app was also very easy and intuitive. Not having to fumble around and keep up with a clunky remote control is a huge benefit. The app can control every aspect of the lighting effects including a creative AI utility that will create a lighting effect based on your suggestion and need. It has a variety of presets that have a mix of colors all categorized by mood, emotion and function. There is flexibility in creating your own custom lighting effects of which you can save and recall later. Aside from all of the cool features I really love how subtle and graceful the lamp is in producing a very ambient and peaceful mood to the room. I often times need some extra light to illuminate all of the cables and connections coming to my mixer and audio equipment. This lamp met that need perfectly with one click of a button which turns off the ambient effect and puts the device into one of several general lighting needs from night light to full working light with controls on hue and brightness. This is an awesome product and it is well worth the investment. A perfect fit for my studio!

Love this light! I have many Govee products and decided to add this to my collection. The reason I wanted this is because it has a different effect integrated into it that I haven’t seen on other similar products. The light has moving led “waves”, similar to some Halloween “fire and ice” lights. You can customize the colors and create nice blends of colors. These waves shine on to the wall and ceiling next to the light with a nice throw. The lamp is sturdy and well made and a little over 6’ tall. Inside the top dome is another led light that is diffused and allows for additional colors to be displayed on the lamp. The Govee app has lots of pre set options to select as well as full customization and a timer. What I really appreciate is the Share Space section on the app. You can see other users custom creations, instantly apply them to your own lamp, and save them for quick and and easy application. Also the floor light has the traditional functionality with a normal led light that shines down and fills the space around. Now I know the price is a little more than traditional floor lamps, but Gover usually has deals and coupons to lower the price. Also you get a floor light with a unique effect that isn’t seen anywhere else. The value of that alone is great.

All in one! dimmable/adjustable lamp, daylight lamp, cosmic lamp!
Such an awesome lamp! I was looking for different types of lighting options and this lamp fulfilled all of them, plus more! It’s a lamp with multiple settings, a cosmic light with numerous options, and is like a daylight lamp because it has an app where you can program it to turn off/ on on whatever schedule you’d like! The sleep option is great because it dims as it gets closer to the cutoff time. For the scheduled wake up time, the light slowly gets brighter until it’s at the fullest desired brightness at the wake up time. I schedule mine to go fully bright when my alarm goes off. The color options are limitless. It’s been about one week since my purchase, and I’m thoroughly pleased!

Actually the best lamp ever
The best Govee item I have ever purchased of the many lights and devices throughout my home. The beautiful light pattern it creates is the coziest possible vibe and beautiful color combinations that look like the northern lights at the north pole. Lights up my biggest darkest room better than 4 1200 W govee bulbs, and blows the other floor lamps from govee out of the water. It is worth the extra money if you are going to buy a floor lamp, the white light function works really well.

Looks great! Great brightness, great colors, creates a nice atmosphere in a small room.The app is kind of a mess. Its far from the simplest menu I’ve ever dealt with and it’s riddled in promotions. It seems like Govee has pretty decent integrations with smart home tech like Matter. Hopefully, these can keep me out of the app.

The design looks modern and elegant, and the quality feels much better than expected for the price.What impressed me the most is the upward light projection — it spreads beautifully across the ceiling, creating a wide, noticeable, and very pleasant illumination. I saw this lamp on tiktok and also noticed it was only available in the states so i sat and waited for almost a year for it to finally come to Canada and honestly i love this thing for my reading cornerPROS:-so beautiful with the glow light on top and the customization is honestly endless given the 3 light zones-sits pretty well on carpet but i mostly use it on my hardwood floors-the brightness adjustment is definitely a nice touchCONS:-i really dont mind but it makes a slight sound when you turn on the reflect top light its very quiet but youll hear it if youre close enough-very expensive compared to your common lamp but i find it makes my reading room more exciting

This thing is like three lights in one. It can wash the ceiling with a sea of colours while the outer RGB ring stays bright and vibrant, giving off a really cool old-school neon vibe. I could sit and look at the colours for hours.At around $200 it’s definitely on the pricier side, but it looks far more polished and intentional than a standard astral/star projector. This is a great buy for anyone looking to elevate their cozy space.
