Useful sleep device
Good sleep device that is super easy to use. It charges really quickly and I like the adjustments that can be made. For the price it’s cheap and reliable. I like that it fits in the palm of my hand easily.

I had really wanted this to work for me… and part of me does feel like I got a little better sleep after trying it for two nights (though the sensation, even at low intensity, took some getting used to). HOWEVER, I noticed a rectangular darkening of my skin on my palm where I held this all night – almost like the skin was tanned or otherwise damaged. It doesn’t hurt, but it’s definitely from this device. I can’t say if this is a faulty individual device or indicative of an overall design flaw, but I’m not willing to try another one. Needless to say, it’s getting returned!!

Game Changer for Anxiety Sufferers
Having tried almost everything for anxiety, and having suffered for years I was SUPER scepticsl. The only relief I had found before was Conquering Anxiety ring which was ON POINT when I was awake and up and moving… but i needed something to help me wind down and CALM myself before bed and the CALM CARRY does that 💯’. Couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend ordering two when you order… trust me…you’ll be glad you did (I made the skeptical mistake of only ordering one:)). The handy strap is perfect too because it usually puts me to sleep and it prevents my relaxed hand from dropping it. Definitely a GAME CHANGER for anxiety sufferers! A++++….

My son likes it so far
So far so good, but we’ll give it a little more time to make sure it’s as good as they claim.To those saying it’s like an electric shock and uncomfortable/hurts, you can turn down the intensity. When I first held it I also found it too much. I simply turned it down to a lower setting and it felt like a heart beat in my hand. My son says it’s better at the lower setting too. It says right in the instructions to start at the lowest setting and work your way up if you don’t find it strong enough.

I love my Calm Carry so much – it has two different pulse settings which is lovely, depending on what frame of mind I am in when I am using it and what purpose I want it to serve. This is one of the best grounding tools in my current arsenal. The battery life is also amazing.The literal only complaint I have is that the charging cable that was included does not work (it took me a while to realise this, as the manual clearly instructs you not to use a different cable). Despite this it still took me a week and a half to realise the cable wasn’t working, which honestly is a plus point for the battery life!

Nothing Calming about getting shocked!
Expecting calming vibrations or pulsing to help my son relax and fall asleep, but instead device sends uncomfortable shocks through our hands. It hurts and there is nothing calming about this device.

Works for my kid!
My son is almost 8 and has terrible anxiety at bedtime. This has really helped him fall asleep faster and calms him. I do not care for the feel of it so I’m sure it’s not for everyone!One thing I took a star off for is the strap, the first one we got broke immediately. I was sent a replacement though which was nice.

This has been quite a suprise as Iwasn’t sure it was going to be effective in helping me sleep at night. The device has really tactile buttons that can easily be adjusted and the lights make it easy to find in the dark. The pulses were quite smooth and didn’t feel uncomfortable to hold. Would highly recommend for better sleep quality.
