Excellent leg recovery boots with easy controls and great fit
This is a really great set of leg compression hip-boots for those needing a solid compression massage. The instructions say to charge for 3.5-4 hours before the first use, but after being fully charged the air chambers fill up very quickly and they are ready for use. You can set a timer for as long as you like in 15 minute increments up to one hour. I have not personally used it for more than 15 minutes per session, and the charge has remained strong – it has not shut off on me after four sessions so far. The controls switch off after about 2 minutes of not using the system, and there is a lock button so you can’t accidentally turn on the pump while it is being stored in its case.I like that the boots are interchangeable so there’s no need to look for a side indicator. The controls are facing me and easily within reach and easy to read. I ordered a small, and they fit me perfectly (I am female, weigh 130 lbs and am 5’6”.) If the boots were a bit too big, one could always unzip them a bit for a perfect fit – they are adjustable that way. In my photo, you can see my toes just poking up through the boot so they really do give my legs full coverage. I am a competitive skater, and this has been such a fantastic way to relax after being on the rink for a while. My legs feel refreshed and relaxed after each session.You can sync the controllers together with bluetooth by a long press of the “play” button, and I have been so happy with the parallel and synched massage! It’s fun to push a button on one controller and see it change the other controller immediately. This system is very nicely engineered with many thoughtful details that way.There are 3 modes and 11 levels of air compression set by default to 50.Modes: Mode 1 is a sequence of the five air chambers filling one by one as the lower chambers release. Mode 2 is for circulation, starting compression in the lower leg then moving upward through the five chambers while maintaining lower compression, then releasing. Mode 3 sequences the first two modes alternately.I’ve gone up to 80 in the strength setting and found it to be a bit too strong for me, so the range would accommodate someone with smaller legs than mine for sure. I like the combination mode best for the patterns, alternating between the sequential chambers which feels a bit like a massage, then moving to circulation mode.This set comes with a sturdy zippered storage bag with a detachable shoulder strap included, two zip up compression boots, charger, cable and instructions. The carrying case is definitely big enough to handle the boots and quickstart guide and charger, and it helps to push some of the remaining air out of the boots. They are not inexpensive, but they are a solid investment into your sports recovery!

Professional strength relief to get your legs energized again
This is an amazing set of leg compression massagers.Easy to use. Well made and so many different ways you can easily customize it to your own preferences.Comes with a storage/travel bag which is much appreciated.Well worth the price but unfortunately I think it’s likely too expensive for the average consumer to justify the cost.
