I have a meniscus tear again, as I’ve had before. It’s always a long and painful recovery. I decided to give red light therapy a try in hope of lessening the pain and perhaps speed healing.I like the way this knee brace fits and stays in place, but I don’t try to walk with it on. I use it while sitting once in the afternoon and once in the evening. The display is easy to read, and there are numerous settings for heat, massage, and red light level. The massage is more of a vibration than a deep massage, but I think that’s probably a good thing for increased circulation. I especially like the heat feature. Sometimes I use an ice pack beforehand and then use the heat.I don’t actually know if the red light is contributing to the healing process, but I do feel that it is helpful and has improved my level of pain since I started using it. I started with 5 minutes per session and have worked up to 20 minutes now.The fact that you can charge the battery and use it wirelessly is a big plus. I can use it in a recliner, in bed, or even take it along in a suitcase. It comes with a car charger as well, though I haven’t used it in the car yet.It’s an overall very well made, quality product.

Comforting Knee Brace
I ordered the Red Light Therapy Knee Brace as I’ve had issues with my knees in the past. And it was timely, as soon after receiving it, I began having additional knee pain.The brace offers comforting heat and gentle massage for your knee. Both the lights (which produce heat) and vibration are adjustable. I cannot state exactly what effect the dual wavelengths of light are acheiving. But it does provide a very pleasant warming heat that does offer temporary comfort.I do find that I wish the battery lasted a bit longer. I find I can use if for 3-4 uses max, and then a charge is needed.Overall, a good device that does provide some comfort.

I love this knee brace SO much! It has exceeded my expectations.I am healing from a particular bad fall where I broke my leg and ankle and sprained the other ankle. During the healing process I was given boots to protect my leg and foot and the height difference from the boot and my foot and/or shoe really affected my back and knees. My knees were in such bad shape, that it felt like they would snap just from getting up off the couch. I tried so many over the counter knee braces but none would work because my legs and knees are so big, they wouldn’t fit.Then I found the Ugupy Red Light Therapy knee brace. I figured I would give it a try and have never looked back! First thing, it fits! I was shocked! The straps are made to fit a wide variety of leg sizes from my bigger legs to my husbands much much smaller legs. The velcro is the good kind that won’t snag on everything or fray as well.The red light therapy is a feature I didn’t know I needed until I experienced it. It’s soothing and healing with a timer to not overdo it or burn yourself.It also comes with a vibrating setting that almost works like a massage to further give you comfort.This is such a good quality product with all the bells and whistles that I’ve told all my extended family about it that they get one, or two, as well.Its durable, it fits, and ACTUALLY works with the ease of tapping the screen. It has 6 levels each of vibration and intensity of heat from the red light. It comes with directions as well as a charger. (C-class into USB, no charging block) Im a believer of this product and will shout from the rooftop, its praises.

Works well, long battery life
The ugupy red light therapy knee brace seems like a pretty good device overall, especially for soreness or recovery. The different heat and vibration settings gives you plenty of options, and the red light therapy is easy to use.My main issue with the design is that even though it is clearly made for the knee, it does mention that it can be used on the shoulder. The problem with this is, that you clearly need an extra strap, or some type of extender to use it for the shoulder. If it came with that, it would make it even more versatile. I was able to fanagle a way to make it work, and once it was in place, it seemed to work well.It feels well made and durable, the battery holds up really well on one charge, and the combination of heat and vibration is definitely relaxing and helps with pain relief.For the cost, it is a good device, but adding an extra strap would really take it to the next level.

Only worked for a few weeks, no replacement option..
Didn’t hold up well. Purchased on 3-8, now is 4-20 and it has stopped working. the on/off will not work. Gently used once a day for each knee, then recharged. I am told I cannot return. I was hoping this was a fluke and I could get a replacement but have been given “your out of luck” options only. Sadly, I love this item, it worked, but I can’t buy a new one every five weeks!

Versatile knee brace! Includes heat and massage functions too
This knee brace has so many functions that it’s well worth the investment. It has LED light at the touch of a button, along with massage and heat functions. It’s very easy to strap on and adjustable for many sizes. It can also be used on other body parts like your shoulder. I tried this on my ankle and it worked well too. Love that it is cordless and so easy to use with a digital screen on the front for monitoring the heat and modes. Highly recommend!

It’s only ok.
I got this red-light therapy knee brace for use after my knee replacement that never quite healed without pain. As a brace, it works fine and gives me some support I didn’t have before. As to the red-light therapy, it feels good while it is on, but I haven’t noticed any big difference when I’m not using it. I’ve used it for several weeks, twice a day for about 20 minutes at a time. The warmth is soothing and comfortable. Moving around with the knee brace is also awkward as it is kind of heavy and cumbersome to wear while walking. The brace is battery powered so it can be charged and then unplugged. It does stay charged for several hours after fully charging. It folds up and is easy to store or pack when traveling.
