How to set time and light level for different body areas?
Based on customers perception of red light energy, usually recommended that choose the All mode, lasts for 30 minutes and L3 or L4 level. You can set the time and energy base on you own perception.
Why can feel the heat and how long can feel the heat?

Why 850nm looks like off the LEDs aren’t on?
850nm IR light is invisible light, in 850nm mode we can not see the light on, but it is working.
How to confirm 850 is working?

Works Great!
This is a Great Product! It has helped my carpal tunnel a lot! I use it also on my shoulder and lower back. I have had 3 cortisone injections in my hand for carpal tunnel. They work for a few months then it comes back. I have laid this Red light therapy pad on the palms my hands and wrist’s two times a day for 30 minutes at level 3 and it’s been 4 months with no carpal tunnel symptoms at all! I plan on buying more for gifts!

It removed all knee pain.
Had to buy again after 6 months because the 850nm lights stopped working. I used it daily for 25 minutes. Maybe I treated it to cavalierly and should be more careful how I store it. Since it obviously works, it’s worth a second chance before abandoning it for a different manufacturer. BTW, I discovered if you use it too often, its effectiveness is reduced. Once a day is sufficient.My knee was painful all the time and preventing my playing pickleball. The shots from the doctor were not helping the pain any more. Using this twice a day, after a week I was playing with no knee brace. Now, months later, I can play 3 hours of pickleball and have zero pain. I have no idea how or why it works but I am a believer.

The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.
