Not sure if it is working. Designed to wear briefly, this isn’t made to help over time. You wear it for very short periods.

I’m 6’2” 280 and this thing does not fit I can’t even reach the adjustment and it clearly states for men and women maybe if you’re 5 foot and 100 pounds. And it’s too much of a pain in the butt to try to return stuff.
