As someone who sits at a desk for 10 -12 hours a day, back pain becomes quite annoying. This cushion, surprisingly, helps ease back pain a lot. The first day I used it I was amazed how much less my back hurt at the end of the day. the cushion is super soft, allows your tail bone to “hover” rather than be compressed by the seat, and helps take pressure off your lower back. It is well made, and is grippy on the bottom so it will not slide around your chair as you move throughout the day.Highly recommended for anyone who sits at a desk all day.
