I’ve only been doing weekly sessions for a few weeks but honestly I’m already seeing a real difference, and a big part of that is knowing I can trust what I’m actually putting on my face. Each one comes individually sealed and that matters a lot to me. I’m not putting anything on my face that I’m not sure is clean. These feel legit. No sketchy packaging, no second-guessing. Clicks right into my M8, no fussing around. Locks in firmly and stays put the whole session. Sounds basic but I’ve had off-brand ones wobble mid-use before and it’s really not fun. Three tip types in one pack is such a win. I use the 36-pin for cheeks and forehead, the 16-pin around my nose, and the Round Nano for more sensitive spots. One pack covers my whole face. $27 for 12 is hard to beat. I looked at other options and some were double the price for the same count. These perform just as well. I really couldn’t justify spending more. As for my skin… my pores already look smaller, my texture is noticeably smoother, and my skin feels firmer and almost plumper. I genuinely wasn’t expecting to see results this fast. I’m only a few weeks in so I’m excited to see where it goes from here, but so far I’m really happy. Excellent value for the money!

I was initially a bit confused because I didn’t realize it didn’t come with the pen, but that was my own mistake for not reading the listing closely! Once I realized these were just the replacement cartridges, I was actually quite impressed with the quantity vs. quality you get for the price.The overall size of the 20-pack is compact, and each cartridge is individually sealed and sterile, which is a huge plus for safety. They are very easy to use with a simple twist-lock design that snaps right into the M8 device. A unique feature is the fine 16-pin configuration, which felt high-quality and didn’t have any jagged edges. While it’s a bummer I had to go back and buy the actual device separately, these cartridges themselves are a great value for anyone who already owns the pen.
