Helpful Extra Support for Sciatica or Heavy Lifting
I got this KkaFFe Sacroiliac SI Joint Hip Belt for Women and Men for my sister to use when her sciatica flares up. She recently had a flare-up and was pleased with how supportive and comfortable this belt felt while wearing it.My husband has also tried it when lifting heavier items, and he felt it provided helpful additional lower-back support. It’s nice to have something versatile that can be used by more than one person when needed.The belt appears very well made, with neat, even stitching throughout. There are two areas of elasticity — one integrated directly into the belt itself, along with two adjustable straps that secure with Velcro so the tightness can be customized for comfort and support. The elastic feels sturdy while still allowing enough stretch for movement.The inside of the belt includes small plastic nubs designed to help prevent slipping, and both my sister and husband commented that the belt stayed in place well during use. Overall, this feels like a thoughtfully designed and useful support belt to have available when extra stability is needed.

Took me a while before wearing my hip belt as my condition only flares occasionally. When I did finally wear it, I did notice some relief right away.
