Works great and great customer service
I bought this for my son for Christmas, and he has loved it. There were a few problems with assembly, so I contacted them about each issue, and within 24 hours they had a solution, and in 2 cases they even sent me a partial refund for my trouble. And now, it is working great!

We’re really happy with our chiller and tub combo! The chiller works great, we set it to 48° and it keeps the water perfectly cold every time. The built-in filter is a great bonus, and setup was super easy (only took about 15 minutes to get the tub set up and connected to the chiller).We did decide to upgrade the tub after noticing some minor leaks in the seam of the original, but customer service was excellent and very understanding and accommodating to our needs. Overall, we’re very satisfied and would definitely recommend this setup to anyone looking for a reliable cold plunge system!

Excellent product
Easy to set up, but make sure you have a reliable water source and a place to drain the tub (back yard, patio) where you don’t mind leakage and flooding. Size is great and the chiller works very effectively.

Great plunge tub, and the absolute best customer service I’ve ever encountered-There was an issue with the filter pump when I first assembled the kit, I emailed the customer service on a Saturday afternoon, and by Sunday mid morning they had responded twice and I had a UPS tracking number for a replacement!
