Easy and beginner-friendly
I was a very nervous to try microneedling myself at home, but this derma roller pen made it super easy and beginner-friendly.It has a really gentle feel, just a little pain at first but then you get used to it after a minute. (All depends on your pain tolerance) The 0.25mm needles are well-made and smooth. I’ve already noticed my fine lines looking softer but Im guessing I have to keep continued use.I also love that it comes with extra cartridges and a protective case, so it’s easy to store or take when traveling. Totally worth the price and feels like salon results at home. Microneedling At Home? Yes, Please!
Microneedling at home? Yes, please! First and foremost, make sure you read the instructions and understand/know what you’re doing. I’ve been doing microneedling at a local skin spa for the past few years and, although I’ve seen great improvement to my skin texture, the professional treatments do get costly. At the recommendation of my eyebrow lady/facialist, I looked into Derma Roller Pens and came across the Sergand brand. Compared to few hundred dollar treatments at the spa, this device offers a great value for the money. It’s portable, easy to use and carry. This particular one comes with 0.25 mm needles, is made out of durable material and offers a safety lock and 6 intensity levels. With a few treatments, I have seen good improvements to my skin texture and overall skin look. I have even tried it on hairline which makes it effective for hair growth as well. Like with everything else, caution is important and make sure to follow all the safety instructions as not to damage your skin unintentionally.

Alaska cold + dry skin
Works great for at-home microneedling, especially in Alaska’s cold, dry weather. The 0.25 mm depth helps my dry skin absorb serums much better and improves texture with minimal discomfort. The pen feels sturdy, is easy to use, and comes with multiple cartridges. Good quality for the price.

Super microneedling setup. Similar to others… but nicer!
I LOVE the pen. It’s super easy to use. It’s no pain for me, and I have used the three different speeds.After three uses, I noticed a difference in my skin: softer skin, and some spots are getting lighter.It is wireless and rechargeable, and when fully charged, it can be used for 7-8 hours. It is friendly for beginners and does not cause pain or discomfort.If your skin gets red after using nanoneedles, you can use an ice mask(put a mask into the freezer) to help with the redness.I put on a lot of moisturizer cream after use and sunblock the next day. It is AMAZING! I can’t wait to see the final result after my ten heads are gone. And they sell the extra heads, too.

Amazing results already!
I was honestly surprised by how easy this derma pen is to use and how gentle it feels on my skin. The 0.25mm cartridges are perfect for beginners but still make my skin look smoother and more refreshed. After just a couple uses, I noticed a healthy glow and my products absorb so much better. Great quality for the price — highly recommend!

Short Review: Sergand Derma Roller 0.8 mm
This derma roller is easy to handle, has a good grip, and the 0.8 mm needles work well for gradually improving skin texture. After a few uses, my skin felt smoother and my serums absorbed much better.It does leave some temporary redness, so make sure to disinfect it properly and avoid strong actives on the same day. Results aren’t instant, but with consistent use you can see steady improvement.Overall, a good at-home microneedling tool if used carefully.

TRASH TRASH TRASH
I made a video that “won’t attach” but this is TRASH. DO NOT BUY IT. It not even worth $5. It’s just a vibrating pen. It DOES NOT HAVE needles. I wasted an hour of my life getting numb and sterilizing – just for this pen to be a joke. I ended up testing it on my hand and realized it’s just vibrating … I took a closer look at the cartridge – IT HAS NO NEEDLES AT ALL. DO NOT BUY THISSSSSS

My new beauty secret
Received this in a nicely packaged box with easy to follow instructions. I’ve used an at home microneedle pen before but this one is a better quality and helps skincare products absorb into the skin much better. It’s easy to put together and the LCD display is great. With the needle length, there really isn’t much pain and it’s gentler on the skin for beginners. Seems to be made well so hopefully it lasts a long time. It’s still too early but hoping to see results soon!
