Beneficial tool for supporting a calming breathing rhythm pattern. It can be used with or without the included essential oil cores. This breathing necklace is a simple, yet effective calming tool for those that struggle with anxiety, stress or other daily habits. Having this tool easily accessible for everyday use is helpful for breaking habits, calming the nerves, or practicing a breathing technique to drive away anxiety. Instructions are included to help you add the scented “cores” into the necklace from unscrewing the front of the device. The back portion turns for adjusting the air flow to the device as well. It is stainless steel, and made well with a generously sized necklace with a locking clasp. There are three essential oil cores to choose from: spearmint, coffee, and vanilla peppermint. The essential oils are strong, pleasant, but not overpowering. All in all, a very useful, helpful tool for multiple life situations. A+

Interesting concept – will give it a trt
I am not a smoker, but I think this may be better for those that do smoke that are trying to quit as you will have something in your mouth and something that you can inhale from that has a very light flavor.I got this for more mindful breathing, but I’m not sure if it really is perfect for that. Because most breathing exercises tell you to deeply inhale slowly through your nose and exhale through your mouth. With this, you can only inhale through your mouth. And if you have it on the setting that allows little air through – it’s still a good amount of air – but as you inhale, your nose is still exposed to air, so you are kind of inhaling with your nose as well.I found that I did better if I opened it all the way, to full airflow and then I would inhale through the mouth and then exhale through the nose fully. But again, I’m not sure if this is perfect for mindful breathing.It is actually very pretty looking as well because of the blue color. If I was a smoker, I guess I could wear this around my neck, but since I am not, I would never wear this around my neck. It is easy enough to use and the scent/flavor I tried first was vanilla peppermint.I was actually quite surprised that it was such a light flavor. I thought it would really be a punch of flavor, but it is actually really nice and pleasant. Almost like a slight breath freshener. So it’s not overpowering. It doesn’t make me nauseous. It’s actually really nice.For the coffee flavor, that I have not tried yet, this may be good for those trying to give up coffee. Because it will give you that kind of little punch of coffee I guess which may help satisfy a craving.Again, I’m not sure how often I’m going to use this, but I’ll give it a try and if I change my mind, I will come back and update my review.

Having it around the neck makes it easier to have close by, and the flavor cartridges are kind of like having different flavored vape juices but without the heating and vapor. The flavors have a fresh aroma and mouth flavor ” The breathing necklace is lightweight and easy to use. Overall I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a basic device to reduce habits or practice mindful breathing.

Great way to learn mindfulness
I have found that breathing necklaces/whistles really help a lot with my anxiety, as they help to keep me mindful of my breathing. I ordered this one from VITABONA as it was a bit more attractive than the one I usually use. So far, I’m quite happy with it. The body twists so you have some control over the resistance, and it has a nice, solid chain. I personally use it WITHOUT the little flavor sticks. I don’t feel comfortable inhaling essential oils (even if they claim to be “food grade”), but you don’t really need them. It’s an excellent calming tool without them. Overall, a good product that I really like.
