I’ve tried a few tens units before, but this one really stands out. It delivers a surprisingly powerful and customizable experience in a compact, easy-to-use design. First off, the wireless setup is a game changer. No tangled cords—just place the pads where you need them and control everything through the app. The app is intuitive and lets you adjust modes and intensity without having to mess with buttons on the device. It makes using it throughout the day super convenient.The 18 different modes and multiple intensity levels really let you dial in the exact type of relief you need—whether it’s a gentle massage for soreness or a stronger pulse for deeper muscle tension. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5)Effective pain relief with lots of features—just a bit of a learning curveI picked up this wireless TENS unit mainly for back and shoulder pain, and overall it’s been a really helpful addition to my routine.The biggest plus is the pain relief. After a few sessions, I noticed a real difference in muscle tension, especially in my upper back and neck. It gives that deep, pulsing stimulation similar to what you’d get during physical therapy.I also like that it has multiple modes (18 total), so you can switch between different types of stimulation depending on what feels best. The app control is a nice touch too—it’s convenient not having to mess with buttons on the device once everything is set up.The unit itself is compact and portable, which makes it easy to use at home or even on the go. The pads stick well and are reusable for a decent amount of time before losing adhesion.That said, there is a bit of a learning curve. The instructions could be clearer, especially when it comes to pairing the app and understanding which modes to use for specific pain areas. It took a few tries to really get the hang of it.Also, while it works great for mild to moderate pain, it may not completely eliminate more severe or chronic pain on its own.Overall, this is a solid, affordable TENS unit that delivers real relief if you’re willing to spend a little time figuring it out.Would I buy again? TL;DR: An effective and low-profile wireless TENS unit for spot treatment that requires an app for use, but is otherwise very pleasant to wear and use. Electrodes appear to be proprietary. Expensive relative to wired units, but the lack of wires is a significant comfort and mobility win.I’ve used a couple of home TENS units previously, but they all used wired pads. This is the first wireless unit I’ve used. The units selves are small, contoured pucks about 2″ in diameter. They’re very low profile, easily fit under a shirt with minimal show, and haven’t been dislodged at all. The pads are proprietary dual-electrode pieces, but claim to be reusable up to 50 times each. The package ships with 4 pads, so roughly 100 uses if you clean your skin before use and store the pads well.While the app is rated one star, I didn’t have any significant problems with it – just some glitches when first opening it, and the battery indicator didn’t update at first. Once I got that installed, it was very intuitive to select any of the many programs and strengths in the app, and it’s been great for timed & custom programming. The pulse configuration is quite varied, and I’m very happy with the selection.Interestingly, the two devices aren’t quite synchronized – once I started a program, I found that there was about a 1/10 second delay between the two, leading to a sort of tip-tap feeling at times, rather than the synchronized effect in wired units. Initially, I suspected this is because the app sends separate bluetooth commands to each unit, rather than having the units coordinate. However, I contacted their customer service (very responsive and helpful, btw!), who indicated that the delay is intentional. At their suggestion, I tried some of the slower pulse patterns (e.g., ‘rest’) – indeed, the delay made for a very nice ‘rolling’ pattern between the two units, which felt very natural. That said, the actual stimulation is otherwise just what I would expect of a TENS unit, despite the really compact size of the units.I haven’t pushed the units in terms of battery life – I just plug them back in after each half-hour session. Do be aware that these are not usable without the app. Also, because these aren’t wired, you’re limited to small-area treatment – there’s no ability to run a single pad set over a longer muscle, down the full length of a shoulder, etc…, but the included pads are long enough to provide effective coverage of smaller areas.I’ve been using these on shoulders, neck, and small back, even wearing them during household chores to help relieve some neck and shoulder cramping from a pinched nerve – the pads did not get in the way at all, and stayed well attached.Happy TENS user here!
