Great build quality, user interface and plenty of pulsing power.
I had a really cheap TENS kit and wanted to upgrade. This thing is great so far. High quality connectors and pad, and I really good user interface that walks you through the setup. A short manual, which is fine. Good strong pulses, which was the most important thing I was looking for. You can set level from 1-100, I’ve only hit about 60 and it was plenty strong.

Short Durability
After only three charges, it stopped turning on completely. It lasted just a few months, and when I contacted the company, the issue was not resolved. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.

I thought the Edge 3.0 might be too much of a “Training” device, based on the videos and Compex training guides, but the effect is same as the manual unit – basic TENS/EMS. Much easier to get started and the preset parameters are very comfortable and effective. Glad I bought it. I’m using it to get my quads going after a knee injury. The Recovery program is a nice massage effect. I’m curious what pulse width and pulse rate they are using as presets.

Charging port failed
The Compex NMES device worked beautifully for muscle stimulation—easy to use and very effective. Unfortunately, the charging port was difficult to connect from the beginning and broke after just four uses. Now the device won’t charge at all. For a premium product, I expected better durability. Great functionality, but short-lived. Fortunately, the warranty covered the device and Compex customer service replaced the whole thing. The replacement charges better than the initial purchase. I highly recommend.

Fantastic for runners!
I have been using this in recovery mode after long runs and then do a TENS session after that and my legs feel great. Even after a hard 10k this really seems to help my legs just relax. I also use the strength building settings a little. It can get incredibly strong. Way harder than I can flex a muscle on my own. Great for areas you might be struggling to strengthen. You can use this while working out for a crazy boost!!!

I like the product and it seems to be working as promised so far. My disappointment comes with the fact that there is no user manual included. There is a sheet with instruction to find the user manual online. For this particular model, there doesn’t seem to be a manual posted online. You are also directed to register the product to ensure the warranty is in place, but when you go to do so, this particular model is not listed in their dropdown.I have contacted their customer service explaining that I couldn’t find the user manual and their response was to direct me to the main website after I already stated it wasn’t there. It doesn’t seem like the person responding read my request at all. I responded to reiterate that but no one has responded since. I figured it out on my own however now I have also messaged to understand how to register the product and am hoping that they actually read my message this time and respond.Not impressed with their customer service.
