Massive improvement over an already great product!
Whoa! I have had the older version of this scale for about 6 years or so. It stopped finding my wifi a few years ago. Despite it being out of warranty they sent me a new scale (Greater Goods Cust Svs is top notch BTW!!) and it still wouldn’t find the wifi. Forgot about it for a couple years then had my ISP make some changes but still no dice.Finally I just bit the bullet and bought a new one. This new Verve version seems literally light years ahead of their top of the line scale just six years ago. It’s less than what I paid for the old one and it measures 13 key metrics instead of 5. More importantly, it’s super easy to set up and use. Instead of a somewhat complicated multi step set up, you just scan a bar code and it sets itself up. It ‘reads’ your information in half the time as the other one, maybe 3-4 seconds. The other one would glitch every now and then and you’d have to re-weigh for it to synch to the app, this one seems to work perfectly every time. The user interface also seems like it’s many generations ahead of the older one.I love it and am kicking myself for not upgrading sooner, this scale is more than worth the $50. The app is more or less the same but the app was always fantastic and does a great job of tracking your progress.

This scale arrived beautifully packaged with the nicest, most thorough instruction booklet I’ve received with a product in the last 20 years. Getting started was super simple and took less than 3 minutes. The 28 page bound instruction booklet provides very clear and concise directions for the set up, operation, charging, and cleaning of the scale. It also provides charts for typical body metric results. I cannot stress how impressed I am that the instruction manual is filled with proper English and correct grammar.This is made in China and distributed by a US company, but it does not feel like some garbage import that a US retailer just threw their brand sticker on.The scale is simple to use. You can use it without the app, but the app is so helpful. The app works great for my Samsung and my husband’s iPhone.I read tons of reviews for other scales and the apps that they connect to. I decided to go with this scale because of the great reviews and its features, but mainly because of the app that you use with it. While the Weight Gurus app in Google Play had poor reviews, the developer responded to every poor review and provided an easy solution to the issue caused by an update for existing users. In the Apple store the Weight Gurus app had great reviews. I love that the Weight Gurus app doesn’t collect too much info beyond my personal metrics, and that nothing is shared. The scale has a 3 year warranty, and Greater Goods has customer service hours in Central Standard Time, as well as social media. Other brand scales connect to apps that had horrible reviews about poor connectivity, inability to sync metrics, only available for older smartphones, and they collected way too much info that they share with third parties.I am loving this purchase and I’m looking forward to using the body metrics detected to aide me in my journey to better health.

Sleek Health Maintenance Tool
Great product for the price point. I really like the AccuChek feature and the rapid calculation of other health metrics. The best part is pairing the scale with the app to easliy see trends in weight, body fat %, etc. Sleek design too. The packaging was well-thought out and entirely recyclable. I am a fan of this company.

Nice upgrade being rechargeable! No more batteries to change or corrode (after neglect). Links well without phone next to your side. I have another at office that helps me calculate parcel shipping weight. Thinking of that, I should probably change Its batteries! I’ve used GG scale and Weight Gurus App for, apparently, 10 years! All my weight history is still in the app; even after 3 – 4 years of neglect; including my weight. Which is why I’ve purchased another, it is a key tool to loosing weight and keeping it off.

I have two which one is accurate
My daughter is a high school wrestler. And anyone knows anything about wrestling knows that a scale has to be accurate. If you don’t make weight,you don’t wrestle. Long story short, I had to purchase 2 scales because my daughter left one scale at her grandmother’s house. Which is a four hour ride when we finally visited grandma again and got both scales. They redifferent readings. They’re both consistent when you step on and step off. It’s always the same number, but one scale is .6 heavier. Then the other consistently so which one is right. I’m almost tempted to purchase one more As to verified, however, if I did purchase another one. Would that be a different number? How do I know this thing is accurate I need accuracy
