Beautifully made, pleasantly warm, but not your typical infrared experience…
I ordered this infrared sauna blanket because I have a sit-down one that I love, and it seemed like a lie-down one would be even better. Overall, it’s a solid product—but definitely different from a traditional infrared sauna or a sit-down sauna tent. You lie down inside it and zip it all the way around your body, leaving your head out. There are also two small zippers for your hands/arms, which is actually really convenient if you need to adjust anything or check your phone.I set mine for 30 minutes at 160°F. It takes a little while to heat up, and my feet (which are always cold) took even longer to feel anything. Compared to my sit-down sauna, which has me sweating within 3-5 minutes, this blanket is much more gentle. In fact, I hardly sweated at all, but the warmth itself felt very soothing and relaxing. If you’re expecting a hardcore sweat detox, this probably won’t deliver. But if you want a nice, cozy heat treatment that feels therapeutic, you’ll like it.One thing that threw me off: when the 30 minutes were up, there was no sound—no beep, no chime, nothing. I only realized the time was up because the controller had shut off. Since you can’t see the controller while you’re zipped inside, that was a little irritating. A simple audible alert would make a big difference. Heat-wise, it never felt too hot, though my back did start getting uncomfortable toward the end. Still, the temperature was mostly pleasant and very tolerable—much easier to stay in than my sit-down sauna, where I usually tap out after 20 minutes.Where this sauna blanket really shines is in its construction. The thing is heavy-duty, thick, and extremely well-made! The materials feel premium, the zippers are sturdy, and the carrying/storage case is a surprisingly nice touch. No assembly required—just plug it in, unfold, and go. The waterproof interior also makes it easy to wipe down after use. Not to mention, you get some sauna blankets to get you started.For someone thinking of buying this, here’s what you need to know:It heats up evenly, but not aggressively—it’s more “comfortably warm” than “intense sauna.”Great for relaxation, muscle stiffness, and gentle heat therapy.Not ideal if you’re looking to sweat buckets or replicate a traditional infrared sauna experience.Build quality is excellent—feels like it will last.No sound alert when the time is done, which can be annoying.Overall, I really enjoy using it for relaxation and light heat therapy. It’s not a deep-sweat machine, but it is a cozy, well-made, easy-to-use sauna blanket that feels good and delivers gentle warmth as advertised.

Fantastic product
This is a great sauna product! I got the one with zipper holes for arms to come out (I need to be able to reach the remote and my water lol!) heats up quickly too. Mine came with 5 “liner” things so it makes cleaning up easier but I will definitely buy more separately. I love dripping sweat after spending time in this sauna blanket

Don’t like as well as I thought I would
Zipper came apart. I have had a more expensive brand and I do not like this one as well as the other one I had.
