Large and Easy to Assemble; Great for Fitness.
Just got it and assembled it in 20 minutes. I opted to place it in my backyard next to my barrel sauna so that I can now cycle through my hot and cold circuit after a workout.I filled it using the hose. This is the upgraded version with 175-gallon so it is large and comfortable. I am 5ft’ 9in” tall and approx 185lbs and I can get in without feeling squished. My brother is 6’2″ and he says it fits him just fine too. So overall a good size.I like the fact that it comes with a cover so that i can re-use and not have to drain my water each time.Compared to other ice bath tubs I saw, this was not only the better value, but the better size that I wanted.

Sturdy and easy to set up
I found this to be one of the more quality ice baths that I’ve tried. It’s somewhat lightweight so it can be portable and easy for one person to set up, but its very sturdy once its set up, so you don’t have to worry about breaking it when you’re in it. Its the perfect size for an adult to sit in and get properly submerged. Haven’t had any issues with leaks, which I know are common in other ones.

Solid Entry-Level Pod with a Flimsy Lid
The pod itself holds up well. It stays cold enough and fits me comfortably. However, the lid is absolute trash. It’s flimsy, sags into the water, and feels like an afterthought compared to the tub. If you’re serious about your ice baths, the pod is a win, but plan on DIYing a better lid or buying a heavy-duty universal cover.

I got this ice bath for my husband who works long hours outdoors in the heat, and he absolutely loves it. After a tough day, this has become his go-to for cooling down and relaxing his sore muscles. Setup was straightforward and super quick. The size is perfect even at 6’2”, he can sit in it comfortably without feeling cramped. It holds plenty of water and ice, and the insulation really helps keep it cold for a long time.

Game changer in OTC racing training routine. The size is surprisingly large. I’m not that big of a guy but have felt cramped in other companies ice baths. This ice bath works perfectly and compact enough to bring it on race weekend getaways. I love that fact that it is easy to clean and dry out after use. Couldn’t be happier with the strength of the material.I have set it up and taken it down 5 separate times now and there is no wear and tear that I have seen in my other travel baths. I am glad that I decided to go with the brand. Other reviews speak of its longevity and I am excited to see how this stands up to the other baths in my rotation.I’ll try to update the condition at the end of this race year (jan26). It s looking like it will be one of the best performance so far!
