I have no idea if it does anything… directions say to use for 15 minutes 3 times a day and can take like a month to notice anything… I don’t have time for that… I lasted a week and then forgot it existed. I have these aches in my thumbs that I am grasping at straws to find some relief for. This unfortunately, was not the answer.

Someone mentioned that a Red Light Torch could help me with my joint pain and neuropathy. I just started using it, so I have no results yet. The light is bright enough. Hardest part is holding the light. I found a holder and ordered.

Really like this little red light device. It’s small, easy to use, and the warm light feels great on sore spots. The battery charges fast and lasts well. Simple, convenient, and works the way I expected. Very happy with it.

First impressions are excellent. Comes in a nice metal storage box with foam inserts. USB charging is very convenient, as there are no batteries to deal with. The device is nicely compact and feels very well made.My only skepticism is how therapeutically effective this device is for things other than skin, as while it does emit red light and infrared, you can honestly barely feel it. For joint therapy and such, I would expect a heating pad would be far more effective at promoting circulation and healing. To be honest, it kind of strikes me as kind of a placebo therapy, but I have not used it long term so that is just an opinion after brief testing.

I have been researching red light therapy devices but have been on the fence about which one to buy as I’m thinking of getting a large sized one but they are all very costly. So I was excited to try this small red light torch which came packaged neatly in a metal case which was then in a product box. It charged quickly after I plugged the USB cord into the USB port on my laptop. It seems decent quality. The light turns on after pushing the red button at the top where there is also a hole to thread the wrist strap included. The strap is very useful as I found I can dangle the torch from my wrist or from somewhere I can hang it from, while shining the light on a body part. I will be trying it out on some old stretch marks and in my mouth to see if it reduces gum inflammation as the wavelengths are perfect for oral health. According to the instructions, it should be used for up to 5 minutes on a body part, up to 3 times a day in order to see results within 3 weeks. I don’t know yet how effective it will be, but I have no complaints about the product itself.
