The one that has everything you want
I received this BestQool RLT-NIR device just last Monday, March 28, 2025, and I have to say that it has and does everything you need for easy red light therapy treatments. This one is the only U shaped device I could find that has near-infrared light, and this one does not need to be assembled, remove it from the box, plug it in, start using it. It has very substantial plastic hinges for opening and closing, and it folds easily for putting aside until my next use. It even has a feature on the touch screen for locking in your choice of color and time (a pad lock icon), preventing accidental touch that would change your settings. And, of course, it has all the colors and combinations of colors that other devices have. I use it on my back by putting it behind me, on its side, lights facing my bare back, sitting on the sofa instead of lying down. Easy to watch TV this way. The goggles block out all light and fit well.About infrared (in-fra-red) lights: I’ve read reviews of others who returned their RLT-near-infrared device stating that there were two rows of lights that didn’t work. Those are the infrared lights. It’s helpful to know is that infrared light is only visible to your cell phone camera. All that’s needed is to aim your cell phone camera at the two rows that don’t look lit up when you look at them, and you’ll see that they are, in fact, working. The remote control for your TV works the same way, with infrared light. You can perform this test with your remote and you’ll see the infrared light by using your cell phone camera, but you won’t see it with your eyes. Great proof!So far, this is the best red light therapy device I’ve found; it is more expensive than most of the other ones, but its quality and ease of use are superior, and its design is beautiful and sleek. Spend a little more for better quality.

This LED light therapy machine is of top-notch quality. After extensive research, I can confidently say that it exceeds my expectations. I’ve noticed a noticeable improvement in the quality of my skin, as well as a heightened sense of relaxation. The green and red LED lights used in this product are not only highly effective but also safe and user-friendly. I particularly enjoy the two light settings, but all of the light settings work amazingly well. This item is absolutely worth the price paid and is one that I love using every single day. 😌🧡

Much more convenient than panel!
This is my second Bestqool purchase. Sometimes, I’m too lazy to stand/sit still in front of the panel for half an hour, so this one is perfect! I love that I can lie down and take a quick nap with this! The multiple variation is great but I just use it mainly for red/NIR. I haven’t seen any visible major improvements (bc it hasn’t been that long and also bc some days I have to skip), but I’m pretty confident it’s helping me to maintain how I look now.There are plenty of cheaper options available on Amazon for very similar products, but I kept on wondering, “What if it’s packaged poorly? What about irradiance? Quality? What if it started to malfunction?” It’s so easy for Amazon sellers to create accounts, sell tons items for cheap prices, then disappear if they get too many negative reviews. So glad (and a big relief) that Bestqool products seem really sturdy, high-quality, and that the company seems responsive if I were to need assistance with something, even if they are not the most affordable RLT on Amazon.

It Works! Great Spa Results
I’m so pleased with the quality of the Bestqool product line. Before settling on their Photon Led Therapy Unit I tried two other brands. I found their craftsmanship inferior to the quality of the Bestqool unit. I compared them side by side. In the other two units I also noted the LED bulbs to be smaller and the brightness of the light less intense. I tried each unit out and immediately noticed a difference in the color of my skin and pore size after using the Bestqool unit a few times. The LED’s were more intense.Another wonderful feature is the gradual change in the color spectrum of lights when using all the colors at once. Other units cycle through each color and appeared as flashes of colors. For a person with a seizure disorder, I would think it could be triggering and dangerous. It was because the colors of the spectrum were sequenced out of the natural order. With the Bestqool unit, the color sequence is as they appear on the natural spectrum of colors/light. The shift seems gradual and is barely noticed so that you can relax.I’ve had my unit for over two months and I love it. I use it daily and it’s my favorite part of my morning. I alternate between the different colors and use NIR with the different colors too.I also have the Bestqool Red/NIR bulb. I tried out the other brands and settled on theirs. I use it at the same time as the Photon unit. I lay it on my chest and shine it up on my chin and neck area, the top of my head, or on my abdomen alternatively.And… their customers service department was superb. They answered all my questions promptly. I had many. 😁I plan to continue using and trusting in the Bestqool line of products.

Been using for a few months. Can definitely see a difference with my skin. Looks more smoother and skin no red areas. Feel my fine lines are less around my mouth and eyes. I had redness around my nose area.. not anymore! Easy to work. Only issue if you touch the top of the unit it changes or switches off depending on what you’ve touched. While lying down getting comfortable. Could have done with a remote control! A part from this can’t fault. Would highly recommend product.

When I got the machine I noticed two lines of LEd lights werent working; until I checked the photos posted. It’s not broken, it’s intact working. that’s the NIR line. You can’t see it. But you can use your phone camera & it should come up as a purple blue light on screen.
