Really works for me
I have hyperactivity and that condition does not allow me to sleep enough. Of course, I have tried everything, tea, melatonin, etc. I had my doubts about this product but I needed to try it. I have been using it for 3 weeks and it has worked for me. My brain focuses on the current that my hand feels, I relax and I manage to rest. I program it on the strongest setting and it turns off by itself. If I wake up and manage to rest, I turn it on again. I think it was worth trying.

Flimsy plastic
I’ve had problems falling asleep for a very long time. I wanted to try this, but I didn’t find it beneficial. This item is made of a flimsy plastic material. Unfortunately, the feeling is barely perceptible even at the highest setting. Because I’ve used TENS units before, and they’re similar, I decided to try using some lotion on my hand and then I was better able to feel it.I would suggest if you’re looking into buying one of these, you get one that has a cord that goes around your wrist. This one doesn’t have a cord so once you fall asleep, you’ll drop it. One thing I would suggest since this doesn’t have a cord, is to use it with a glove.Not recommended.

Working Great for me, Perfect for Sleep or When Feeling Stressed
I’ve been using this Neurocontrol hand held device for a little while now, and it’s been a nice help with my anxiety and getting better sleep. It’s small enough to carry around easily, which is great for someone like me who’s always on the go. What I really like is how simple it is to use.
