Great Fit Easy to Learn Difficult to Master
This is a pretty basic setup. For the price, you get exactly what you expect. It works great and fits just about any sized head. There is a 20g and a 30g ball. The heavier the harder it is. Instead of 2 of each size, I wish they would have included 4 different sizes. Once you get used to it, the heavier ball is easier to control. Would be nice to have another step up. I don’t think this is something that is going to last for a long time if you are seriously using it on a daily basis. It is easiest enough to replace, and you get 2 for the price. I do recommend.

Fun and Fit
This boxing reflex ball set is a good workout, but it definitely takes some getting used to. The headbands fit well, and the balls are fine, but the difficulty varies a lot. It’s fun once you get the hang of it, but not the easiest to use at first.

This is a joke. The balls weigh about 2 oz. Imagine what happens when you hit it. They need to be heavier to be of any use.

Bought this to prove a point to my brothers. They both have young kids 14 + in age are all addicted to their precious play station video games.Brought it at Xmas eve and at first, they laughed at it!!! Then, when they tried it – it started to grow on them. Soon it turned into a competition of who could punch the ball the most!!!Needless to say this was the first Xmas they didn’t play their video games!!!!!
