Very cool, bright light
This little sun light is great. I love the Saturn like design. It can be very bright, but is adjustable so it can get dimmer as well. There’s a button on the light to turn it on and off, and a remote to adjust all of the settings. It has 3 different light color settings. The timer works nicely and has settings for 10, 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Everything works great and it should be a big help in the upcoming dark, winter months. Everyone needs a good amount of light to ward off seasonal depression!
Things I probably don’t need –
Junk.
Brand new out of the box the buttons don’t even work. Push settings and nothing happens. At one point a selection screen pulls up but the other 25 times, nothing. What a piece. Finally realized I had to slap the crap out of the top to turn on. Then the options dont make much sense. Getting the arm set ks confusing. The instructions that came with are not linear and lack needed info. When trying to set the time, alarm, whatever it is I am doing…. you must stare into the light. Very relaxing. This is a super cheap item with no thought put into the design and functionality. The price is to much for such junk. Sorry folks. I had really high hopes but alas, trash.

Moon light
I gave this to my daughter for a gift. She LOVES IT! She keeps it on as a soft light and during the winter it works as a therapy light for her

Love the lamp, but one caveat…
This is the second one I’ve bought, and I love the planet design. I keep it high on a shelf, where it really feels like an extra little sun shining in, and isn’t directly in my face. I even put it on a smart outlet, and scheduled it to come on and turn off at sunrise/sunset.The one big caveat is also about a feature I love: the remote. The good: It’s one of the nice remotes with a very strong signal that you don’t have to point to use. I can just open my desk drawer, press a button, and keep working. Most other small electronics use tiny little remotes with hard to press buttons that have to literally be pointed right at a device to work. The bad: The signal in these doesn’t appear to be unique, which I didn’t realize until I bought a second one for my bedroom. That’s when the nice strong signal works against you. I press the button in my bedroom, and it also changes the lamp in my office next door! If you won’t keep multiple lamps close together, or like the idea of controlling two lamps at once, it could still be a great feature.

Great night lamp
Controls could be better, but it’s got a wide range of adjustability which is appreciated. Shows the time too.

First Impression-will update!!
I chose this product as I wanted an extremely bright light to wake me up since I’m such a heavy sleeper. I received the product this evening and tested out the light and alarm functions. It isn’t the most intuitive to set up, but it’s not rocket science. Now it is indeed pretty bright. However, using the wake up sunrise alarm mode, it doesn’t get to the brightest setting. Also the alarm is a very low chime. This “sunrise” alarm relies more heavily on the color change rather than brightness, starting red and getting golden yellow. The first picture is the first stage of the sunrise. The video obviously is the final stage of brightness and actual alarm. The other picture is how bright the light can get in the therapy light function. You unfortunately cannot control the volume of the alarm or change the ringtone of the alarm, I personally would like it much louder and maybe some birds chirping or a really obnoxious sound to wake me up. Who knows maybe the sunrise simulation and my phone will be enough. I will try this out this week to see if the sunrise function is bright enough and alarm is loud enough to wake me up at all and update.

Great for smoother, happier mornings
I really like this light therapy lamp and sunrise alarm clock! The sunrise alarm is my favorite — it wakes me up gently instead of shocking me awake. It’s easy to use and fits perfectly on my nightstand. Great little addition to my mornings!

Too cheap
Really cheap-feeling with a steep learning curve for use. There’s no manual so good luck figuring out what some symbols mean. Looks like it has to show military time (like 14:30 instead of 2:30) which really doesn’t work for me. The worst part was when I wanted to turn the lamp off because it was too late in the day for a happy light and it straight up would not turn off no matter how soft or hard I pressed the button. Also! This is an alarm clock with no battery backup so if you have an outage or power surge, there goes your alarm. If I interpreted the symbols correctly, the only options are for the alarm to go off once or everyday, which doesn’t work for people who want to sleep in on the weekend. Silly, wasteful, overly cheap product. I plan to return it even though I have been looking for an alarm like this for years
