Not a very good product
Amazon sent me a new one. I used it once again. It stopped working even with a new battery in it. I would like a refund on that item .

Didn’t last
I ordered it Oct. 16th, by November 10th is wasn’t working. I ordered it because I have trigger finger in both hands and had to massage the little knots for four minutes each twice a day. So 16 minutes a day of use. I got about five or six hours of use out of it before it died. The battery it came with didn’t last long but it was a cheap battery and when it died I replaced it with a good name-brand battery. It worked great for a few days, then stopped. Changed batteries just in case. Nope, Deader than a door nail.

Does not work!
I was excited about this massager to use for a scar on my son’s face. The doctor recommended we massage it daily to break up the scar tissue. We purchased this and used it 2 days in a row for a total of two minutes (our son could only tolerate a minute of the vibrating). Day 3 it was dead.amd.did nothing when we switched it on. We tried a new battery and it still didn’t work. Thinking we got a dud, we exchanged the massager for a new one. The new one lasted 5 days for a total of 5 minutes. It doesn’t work anymore. When you flip the switch to ‘on’ it doesn’t do anything. A new battery didn’t help. I’d save your money and not try this product. Very disappointing as I think if it would have worked, it could have been a great tool to help break up scar tissue.

Absolutely Wonderful!
I bought this massager to massage scars that developed after 2 surgeries and it is the best massager for them! It is very gentle, yet I feel that my scars get quite a workout without the harsh vibrations some other massagers do. I doubt that it would work for more intense workouts; it is perfect for the sensitivity of my scars on my hand.

Worst product ever
UPDATE: wanted to mention that I figured it how to make this massager work after it dies. Turn the device on, and shake it too jump start the motor. Trust me it works. I now have my massager working again by doing this action. It might die again, but just shake it when it’s on and it’ll start up. Giving it 3 stars because I do like the device, but it dies quickly. Just have to keep shaking it too jump start the motor.Even though I read the comments, I took my chances and bought anyway. Well, a month after use, and now this unit is dead. It no longer acts to work. I also changed the batteries, cleaned the contacts, nothing. I’m now passed the return date.. And am out of $20 now. I really need this product due to a finger surgery I had and need to loosen up the scar tissue so I can bend my finger. This was helping some and can’t find anything similar. The physical therapy place I go to uses this exact massager, which is why I bought it. But theirs isn’t broken. Probably cuz it’s a real deal massager not a cheap Amazon one. Listen to everyone leaving comments, don’t buy this product. It only works for less than a month apparently.

However, the packaging was disappointing — it fell apart immediately when I opened it, which spoiled the first impression.The device itself is made of durable plastic and works properly.
