This ring works so well. I’ve only had it a few days but it’s already given me so much information. First, I want to say the size is snug. Not so snug you can’t wear it but snug enough it won’t slip off in the middle of the night. I bought a size 8, my normal ring size, and it fits my ring finger so well. Next, it’s super comfortable. It has a bit of weight when you wear it, and it’s slightly bulky, but not so much so you can’t sleep in it. It’s very sleek and super adorable. No one would even know it was a smart ring unless you say something. Third, the app is easy to use, and it auto syncs every morning which is so convenient. It was $130 for the ring, and it came with a free lifetime membership for the app. That to me is extremely useful and important. I bought the ring to get back in touch with my natural cycle and to relearn everything. So far it’s made it super simple to do. I absolutely love it so far!

Absolutely love this, tracks my sleep, heart rate and temperature fits perfect I got a size 8 usually a size 7 because my fingers swell. It’s not to bulky battery life is amazing I’ve wore it for 8 days straight and only put it on the charger when I’m showering as you can wear this while washing your hands and everything. Also tracks my period so can’t wait for the results for ovulation.

I purchased this smart thermometer ring to help track my cycle since I have PCOS and don’t always have regular cycles, and it has been really helpful. One of my favorite features is how it tracks my basal body temperature (BBT) and clearly shows when my temperature rises, which helps me confirm ovulation with more confidence. I also really enjoy the sleep tracking feature because it gives me insight into how well I’m actually resting each night. Great Tool for TTC & Understanding Your Cycles
I bought this ring to start tracking BBT for the purpose of TTC. It is comfortable, lightweight, sleek, and it fit perfectly, even without ordering the sizing kit (not saying you shouldn’t get that, but it worked out for me). As someone with a co-sleeping toddler, my sleep is broken, and I found that this ring worked best for someone like me in the sense that it takes an average throughout the night to determine my BBT, whereas temping traditionally in the morning would not be as reliable with varied sleep patterns. The one thing I wish the ring tracked better was sleep quality – it was pretty accurate as far as time in bed, but usually said my sleep quality was better than I knew it was (waking to nurse throughout the night every night). That really was the only drawback for me. I found the data in the app easy to interpret, the guidance features handy, and paired with the other data I entered into the app, this ring and app was a wonderful tool for me to confirm ovulation and guide me in my TTC journey. After just two months with the ring, I not only have a better understanding of my body and cycle, but I just recently found out I am pregnant. I may buy the Gen2 ring just to get the additional feature (heartrate being the one I would be most interested in). I have recommended this ring to others looking to confirm ovulation and better understand their luteal phase/entire cycle.

Great to find your size!
This is a great product to test your size for the femometer smart ring. I was going to go with a size 6 because that’s the size of my ring finger but decided to get the kit. It was the best decision!! I figured out that I wanted to use a different finger and needed a different size. The rings in the kit are made to be the same size and thickness of the rings themselves. They used with quality material for testing. You can return them afterwards, but I chose to keep them so that I can share it with friends who are considering trying it out. Its unfortunate that they don’t have more sizes though.

I love it!!This ring has been a game changer when it comes to BBT! No more having to stress about taking your temp at the same time everyday! As far as I can tell, the temperature tracking has been very accurate ! It is also very comfortable and fits well!

Make sure to be trying it on the finger you’re going to wear it on and ensure it is comfortable. A-lot smaller than regular rings but that is to be expected!
