Seems to loosen up my fingers.
Using this to help rehab my fingers after a stroke. It seems to keep my fingers more limber and less stiff. My OT loved it when I showed it to him. I just need to use it more frequently.

Would recommend for anyone that had a Stroke/CP
So honest first use opinion. My son had a stroke in utero, has hydrocephalus, CVI, CP, and is Autistic. Other than for support, he doesn’t use his left hand. Just for a backstory.Got this glove about an hour ago and I’ve got to say I’m glad I bought it! It is a little big but I haven’t found one in a kids size yet.Pros-The quality is goodIt is easy to useEasily controllableCons-The little straps seem awkwardGetting it on a hand that is nonfunctional is a little difficultWish it came in a smaller size

My dad’s PT approved!
I ordered this for my 86 yr old father, who has a hand that is contracted due to a stroke. His PT actually really likes it. They use it with him to exercise and stretch out his hand to improve his ROM. I had to send the large back and exchange it for an XL, so I think you should probably size up from what you might think. And the thumb fit was kind of wonky, so I modified that a bit. But all in all, it’s easy to use, has 2 modes (you can wear the little glove on good hand and the bad hand will “mirror” whatever the good hand does, or you can choose to set the machine to do the exercises and control the bad hand movements to exercise it. It’s actually a cool little gadget to improve ROM and dexterity, and I’m so glad I found this!

Recomended and ease to use
My father had an ictus, and the right side of his body unable to move, with rehab excercises his been able to start moving that side of his body with the exception of his rigth hand that was swollen and closed, no feeling at all on that hand, but this glove has been a blessing hi now he has a slight feeling of numbness and his hand isno longer 3 times it size is slowly getting back to normal. In addition is easy use so he can connect it by himself given some sense of independance in his own rehab session.

Works
Works as intended although there are some quirky issues. No recharge battery installed to use in the road. Short power cord. Mirror glove does not have enough dexterity to slowly use open and close on other hand. Does not save settings. Value of the unit is well and fits snug.

DOES NOT WORK AS DESCRIBED
This will not work in mirror mode. Do not recommend this product. It works only in the mode for exercising the hand but will NOT even turn on the mirror mode at all & we have been through the steps repeatedly. I think we will be returning this & getting another if home health can’t get it working Monday in mirror mode.

Great Tool
Would very much recommend this product for therapy. My father suffered a stroke that left his right side immobile, and after using this device a few times he was able to move his fingers on his own. The glove is not hard to put on, and using the device is easy it plugs into a wall outlet and you have different levels to set it to. The mirroring ability is great as well as it helps aid the mobility and therapy.
