Good and strong
Hello! I got this because I tore my ACL, and on PT I saw the use something like this to help my quadriceps contraction. Whatever, I want to recover faster and I got it to do extra at home. Here are my comments:1. My quadriceps don’t do its contraction and the band it is super strong like on level 7 which is the one I am using now, it does an amazing job. I stated using it in level 3 and the sensation was too much and the contraction was not enough for what I need it. Whoever it was just because I wasn’t use to it. Once I got use to it like now on 7 it is super nice.2. I use it while I am resting because it is on the leg, but if you are comfortable I think the belly one you can use it while you are doing other staff.3. Size of the belly is perfect for me, adjustable and big enough. But the little ones even though my legs are skinny it doesn’t cover all. So I have to use something over it, to holder tight to my leg and it works perfect it doesn’t mess with the function of the band, if the pads are tight touching your skin it works. I think they are for belly and arms, because one picture shows the leg too, I don’t think so, you might have to use something to hold it like me for the leg.4. I have been playing around with all the modes, and I can’t really tell a big difference between all of them, but also because I haven’t use all of them for long time. For now mode 4 it’s my favorite. But the power I really like it. And it is easy to use it.

Works well, but the arm bands are very short!
This electric muscle stimulation works great, but the arm bands are very short. Make sure to take measurements of where you want to use the arm bands because it barely worked on my wife’s arms, and she looks no where near as big as the body builder shown in the sales photographs with them on. If the size works for you this is a good product that does what it says it does, and if you need these 3 pieces is a good value for the money. If your not going to use all 3 pieces there are better values though!Quality out of the box was nice, with no obvious defects. All of the stitching was done well, and the Velcro all works well.My criticisms are that the unit has almost too many patterns, and they do not have descriptive labels (they just use numbers) so you have to memories what number to set it at instead of reading for the one you like. Also the button locks used to hold the electronic control to the belts are very difficult to attach. I work with my hands, and lift, and I really struggled getting the control attached.Overall this belt set works well, and you get a lot of utility for your dollar. Again just make sure the short length of the arm bands will work for your body!

Not recomended – very weak!
This belt is not very powerful. I have another belt that utilizes the gel pads and it will really contract my muscles. I thought this unit would be equally strong with 12 modes and 19 intensity settings. Within minutes, I had tried all 12 modes at the highest intensity. My stomach moved but there was no way this was going to make me sore, build muscle, ir tone my stomach. I live the belt and the idea of not messing with the gel pads. Luckily, the transmitters from my old unit fit on the new belt and provide the needed contractions for decent results. That is the only reason I’m not returning this belt. I would mot recomend purchssing this belt.
