Very accurate and dependable when a person doesn’t break it intentionally
Excellent quality for the money. The spring ended up going out of it because somebody stretched it open too far with their hands rather than by squeezing it on one end to place it on my finger. But still worth every penny I paid for it.

You need this device!!
This is a wonderful device to have in the house even if you don’t have health problems! Emergencies can happen at any time and there you are! You can pass this info on to 911 operators while EMTs are on route. I bought this for that very reason. It’s also great to track your pulse rate and oxygen level while you’re working out! Just replace the batteries regularly. (My favorite batteries are the Amazon brand. Great prices long lasting) Let me say, those people who are complaining about battery life of these devices don’t recognize the importance of having one of these devices available in times of medical emergencies which in my opinion far outweighs the battery life.

Good Product for the Price
Simple product that does what it says & gives readings pretty quickly. Great value for this kind of product! I only gave it 4 stars because its hard to pinch the end to get it to open to place your finger inside so i just manually open it. Otherwise a good product. I really like that it has a bright screen so you can easily see readings. I also like that it comes with a storage bag & lanyard to hang it on.

I’m sure it’s great for some just not me
While I can usually figure out how to get it to read. I am not a fan of how long it takes me to get it going. I have POTS and was looking for something with immediate readings when standing up. Reading time is too long for what I need. And maybe I’m just not understanding the directions but I’m sure there are better products out there. It feels heavy and just not the comfort I was looking for.
