Nice Ice Bath Tub for the price (Be Patient with setup)
This ice bath tub is a addition to a recovery routine. The size is good and the oval shape helps to not feel as cramped. The multi-layer design seems durable and well-made. Looking forward to using it after workouts to help with muscle recovery and reducing soreness. That said, the instructions were pretty difficult to follow, which made the initial setup more time-consuming than it should have been. Once I got everything figured out, though, it’s been smooth sailing. Overall, despite the learning curve during setup, this is a high-quality, portable cold plunge tub that delivers on its promise. Definitely worth it if you’re serious about recovery.

Great size, easy setup, and perfect for recovery
I’ve been really happy with this so far. It’s roomy, easy to set up, and feels sturdy once filled, which made the whole process much less intimidating than I expected. The oval shape gives plenty of space to stretch out, and that makes a big difference when you’re actually trying to relax and recover after a workout. Solid budget cold plunge. I train 5–6x a week and this has been great for post-leg day recovery.Size is good—I’m 5’10”, 190 lbs and fit comfortably sitting (not fully stretched out, but expected). Setup took under 10 minutes. It’s lightweight but holds shape fine when filled.Insulation is okay—keeps water cold long enough for a 10–15 min session, but you’ll need ice each time. Materials feel mid-tier, not premium, but decent for the price. Image very misleading.
Maybe I should have known better than to trust this, but the picture of guy sat in there is not only photo shopped, but in hindsight is laughably disproportionate. I’ve been using my standard size home bath tub for my cold plunges and I wanted something deeper I could fully submerge in. Sat in the dry empty tub before I wasted my time assembling it and it clearly wasn’t going to work as advertised. Also, the instructions are so vague, I order a lot of “assemble your own” stuff and this was clearly something I’d need to trial and error by myself or watch a YouTube vid on. I’m going to save up for a $500 tub/cooler product instead and keep using my bath tub for now.

Confusing assembly, good product
The product itself is great! Not large enough for a bigger adult sized human, but perfect for a dog bath! Assembly is very confusing, & the vague instructions are almost useless… but once you figure out how it should be, set up isn’t horrible.

This was easy to set up and take down for storage. It was the perfect size for my son. He has plenty of room. It was very sturdy. The water stayed cold for a good amount of time. I would definitely recommend to others.

Great ice bath tub for the price!
I bought this tub to enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy. This tub supports wide temperature range from -22°F to 140°F so it fits my purpose. The assembly was fairly straightforward. I filled with water and dumped 15 pounds of ice. The water stayed cold for hours. It was easy to drain and clean. This tub seems durable. I hope this tub lasts long.
