Great smart ring!
I’ve been very impressed with this particular smart ring. It works better, it’s easier to read ,and you don’t have to open the app to see most functions. It’s more accurate than my last smart ring that was more expensive and it keeps better info updated in the app . Also the sleep data actually works and matches very closely my smart watch, as does most of the main functions. I like it very much and the battery lasts several days.

The ring and charger arrived with 100% charge and ready to use.The app is easy to use and there were excellent instructions included with the ring.I’ve had this five days and so far and I’m very pleased. After three days I charged the ring using the charger because it was down to 35%. I probably could have gone one more day before charging.The ring has no problems syncing with the app on my phone.The readings seem accurate.The size and fit of the ring are perfect and the ring is light enough I don’t even realize it’s on my finger.All in all, I recommend this ring

Decent for the price. Fully charged last Monday. It’s now Sunday afternoon and I’m at 11%.I bought it mainly for the watch function. Didn’t want to wear a watch and hated pulling my phone out of my pocket just to check the time.Waking it up and it gives you time and date. Scroll and you can check your steps(not accurate), heart rate, sleep, O2.The app itself… could not register it. On the home screen, it gives you the option to skip the registration on the top right corner which I did and was able to get the ring set up.If you don’t know what size ring you are, a friend suggested that I go to Target and they have oura rings there and size testers. That was pretty handy. Although when I ordered the size 12 for this ring, it is slightly snug but still okay.I would buy again.

This does not work for accurate spo2 readings.
I excitedly bought this ring because of the positive reviews that said the spo2 readings were fairly accurate. Unfortunately, it is NOT true.I use supplemental oxygen which allows me to drive my spo2 level anywhere I wish. I caused my level to go down to 85 which was monitored with my accurate finger tip pulse oximeter and the ring reported 99. I tried many locations with the ring with the same results.The ring was a perfect fit with tension on the pulp of my finger.If you are looking for a usable spo2 reading ….. don’t buy this!

Amazing for people with health issues who need constant monitoring!
I’ll be honest, i was skeptical because i hadn’t so many issues setting it ip but thats because i didn’t scan the QR code provided to watch video giving a tutorial. Once i actually followed directions i was thrilled! I bought this for my mother who has many health issues so this allows me to constantly check on her stats like her O2, heart rate and sleep quality. We are headed to her Dr appt soon and i am excited to show them her stats for the week.My mom reports that it’s comfortable and likes that she no longer has to ask what day it is because it tells her.

Not working for me
I really did try to like this ring. I could not ever get the light to turn on unless you stuck it in cold water. Then you could match the button and check your heart rate and time. It never recorded my sleep and I had to wind up returning it. I had absolutely no problem returning the ring. The battery life was pretty good. The size fit perfectly. I couldn’t really ever get the app to work.
