Normal quality product, Decent results, 50/50 modes.
The stimulator has worked very well for me, once I understood how to use it and the amount of moisture necessary to maintain between the pads and the skin.Well, I have not found all of the modes to be very beneficial (one or two are so strong and sudden that they hurt no matter what I do; others are so weak that even at the highest setting, it doesn’t feel like much is happening), a good handful of the modes have been very rewarding and clearly getting the job done.After two weeks of use at one time per day, i can feel more muscle mass in my abdomen and arms.If I could change anything about the product, i would recommend that they make a mode that starts on the lowest level and slowly increases to the level set by the user, and then decreases again. As far as the design of the product itself, i wish there was a way to tighten the abdominal band without having to rewrap the whole thing.The pain significantly increases when the skin pulls away from the electrodes when the machine is on. If the band is not wrapped tight enough, then when my abs tense, my torso becomes thinner and pulls away from the electrodes, which can cause a significant amount of discomfort.While this does take some getting used to, overall, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly option.

It can barely meet the needs of light daily exercise, but the workmanship is rather rough, with burrs on the edges; there are few adjustment positions, and the selection options are limited. The price is not cheap, and the cost-performance ratio is average.

I was so hesitant to buy one of these because I honestly didn’t think it would work. To my surprise you can actually feel and see your muscles contracting. The arm &leg belt seems to be a little stronger than the ab belt because I really can’t feel much unless it’s on mode 8 and turned all the way up. But the legs oh man I can definitely feel that one! I also noticed that using conductive gel instead of just water makes it work much more efficiently. This also helps with my lower back pain and pain that I have from a pinched nerve in my shoulder when used on a low setting. This will definitely not replace normal workouts and eating healthy so don’t hope for a miracle, but I am definitely glad I purchased, it makes me feel better about being lazy on the couch when I can be productive at the same time.Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the attachments stopped working after a month. I’ll be very disappointed if the other two go as well.

I purchased and have been using this muscle stimulator and have been happy with the product so far. after using for a while my muscles feel sore the next day so I figure it is working appropriately. on my arms and legs I can see it working with muscle contraction movements in them. im sure I would see the same on my abs if I were thinner. I csn definitely feel it working mu muscles. for the price I am impressed so far. i recommend using ultrasound gel on the pads for improved conductivity. the power units charge easily all together with the provided 3 headed usbc cable. and the charge lasts through my whole workout. usually a hour to hour and a half. the product fits well. im a larger guy and I did not need tge belt extension. which is nice.
