How to connect the Starfit APP with the scale?
1, download Stafit APP and complete registration;
2, click on “Account” and find “My Devices”;
3, click on the “+” in the upper right corner, then click on the “Bluetooth” logo on the page and you will enter the searching for the smart devices.
4, click on the “Bluetooth logo” on the page and it will go to “Searching for the smart devices”. When you find “Runstar-RX”(bluetooth name of scale), click to complete the connection. At this point, please note that a connected logo will appear on the screen of the scale.

I bought the RunStar Digital Bathroom Scale model FG2211LB with 8 electrodes back in 2024. So, more than two years using this device to track my fitness health, specially body weight loss, and it just provides exactly what I needed. It keeps your records through the Fitdays app and compares your measurements from time to time, even providing trending charts for different indicators as body fat, muscle mass, water rates, visceral fat, body age, among others. Also, their lifetime warranty is just an amazing deal and shows they’re customer oriented! Do not forget to activate your extended life time warranty once you get yours!

Very Erratic Readings day to day, got better, then STOPPED WORKING AT ALL!
I just want to have a body-composition scale that is even CLOSE to my ACTUAL stats. But I know that this type of scale is less accurate than professional readings, so I bought several scales to at least see if a couple were close enough to make me feel they are within the range of each other and, most importantly, that they are CONSISTENTLY reasonable in their OWN readings day to day.I really liked the Runstar app. It had the MOST readings, with several that the others did not have. BUT, from the VERY BEGINNING it was wildly inaccurate not only with the others, but with itself! I was going to return it the next week, but it started coming closer to the other scales, so I was hoping it just took a little time to adjust.However, one WEEK ago, I started getting ERROR messages on the scale, saying it could NOT read results – even after it was playing it’s music and HAD read my weight. The first couple of days that happened, I tried 2-3x repeating, and DID get it to work (wiping the scale just to make sure). But today, I gave up. It has clearly stopped working.I really hope that Runstar can fix these problems because I am going to miss the EXTRA different readings from the app. But 3 of the body composition scales I bought have NOT had any problems so far, AND the readings are close, but enough difference that I just take the average of them and feel that is as close as I can get, so I’m happy with those.

We purchased our RunStar Smart Full Body Composition Scale after our trainer at Crunch Fitness told us about. We have made it part of our fitness lifestyle. The amount of information it gives about our bodies is unbelievable. It also gives us our weight. 🤔🤪 We do a monthly printout from the info on the App on our phone which is awesome and easy to use. The App is easy to download and enter your info. We have it on two phones to identify different users.Highly recommend. 👍🙂

The scale looks and feels super premium and it offers way more features than I actualy need…. body fat.. BMI and ect… the app is easy to use and connted right away. This is one expensive scale but it’s worth it for me even just looking at it sitting in my bathroom 🙂 not to mention all the functions it offers.
