This works really well. It’s quite accurate and links with the app very well in my experience. The setup was easy and the cool thing is the app sets up a graph showing you where you were and where you are now also it gives body Water Analysis this I liked because it gave me information about the food I eat and whether or not it’s making me retain water. I’m on the keto diet and this has helped a lot in determining what’s going on when I inevitably plateau at a certain weight. It will let me know if I’m still losing fat weight even if my weight is overall the same. I’ve found that often when I stall at a certain weight I’m gaining more muscle mass or bone mass which is great to see. The price point is great and it seems to be quite accurate.
