Consistent weight reading every time and great app
I absolutely love this scale. Nothing is more frustrating when dieting than a scale that gives you multiple different weight readings at a time. This scale is consistent every single time as long as you step on it and stand still.There is also an app available for this scale that you can download and when the device is connected, it will upload and track your information in the phone. If you purchase it with the option of an electronic tape measure, it can also track your measurements and give you full body reports I love how I can see the progress of body fat percentages, ratios, etc It’s helpful if you’re not seeing the numbers on the scale move to know if you’re making progress in other areas. Highly recommend if you are under a medical doctor’s advice to lose weight or even just a casual dieter weighing themselves. I found this very helpful in my weight loss journey.

Great tools to track progress
MY trainer works remotely and the detailed measurements the scale and tape provide is a great assist in his evaluating my progress. The app works consistently and flawlessly and interfaces with the Fitbit app which connects to My Fitness Pal and Trainerize. This suite of apps gives me and my trainer the data we need to track and plan my progress. I bought this scale to replace my Fitbit Aria scale which was very inconsistent in its ability to link via Bluetooth to the app. Another plus is that the scale provides many more measurements than the Fitbit scale.

Good App, Inaccurate Body Comp Data
You get what you pay for – I like the app for tracking progress and keeping body measurements, but dont rely on the scale for anything beyond weight. The body fat, muscle, etc. Percentages are off – seem to be based on more of a guess or a calculation than reality. My inbody scan at the gym was quite different for body composition and I know I lost water weight the last 2 days from illness, but its not reflecting that – it divided the 5 lb loss among fat and muscle and said my water % was UP. So I wouldn’t trust it for that purpose. The body measurements may be more accurate if you do them correctly, but their visual guide of where to measure is different than where I have been taught to measure previously. It’s a good value for what it does, but take the body comp data with a big grain of salt and get a scan from your doctor if you need that info.

Overall, I am very pleased. I love how finite the measurements are and being able to see my progress over time. There are two aspects that if ask how the product could be improved, I would give feedback on: the first is that the measurement screen glitches/flashes so I have to close the app and re-enter repeatedly to record each measurement. Doesn’t affect the outcome of logging the information, however it does take much longer than it should and is a test in my patience. The second is an alert I got on my waist measurement that seems a bit off. I am on a weight/ health journey currently and have not reached my ultimate goals. My current bmi is 21, weight is 132, height is 5’5. After measuring my waist which is 25.8 inches, there was an alert that states I am at HIGH risk for heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes and stroke. Hmmm, that does not seem correct as a 25 waist is lower than the adv waist circumference. Most clothing brands only go down to a 23 inch waist. My concern with this is that young people who already have ED or body dysmorphia may now have the added benefit of thinking they will have a stroke at 24 if they don’t have a 23 inch waist and amplify their health negative obsession. A quick google search and apparently 31.5 for women is an increased risk, 35 is a substantially increased risk for stroke.

I had my eye set on smth that became unavailable last minute and I got this instead being upset at first. But once I set it up it is actually the perfect device.Sync with your phone, track progress, set goals and more. Definitely worth the money and time to set up

Very easy to use High quality product
The design of the devices themselves is pretty elegant and easy to use. And you can see the products are quite high quality also. What impress me more is the slimpal app design. Rather than the initial gender, age, and target data need manual input, all other measurements are automatically synced to the App through blueprints and automatically generates the analysis and nice graph for historical data. It even has connection to Fitbit. The App is very easy to use and it also has link to user manual. I think it is very useful for serious body builder

I bought the combo scale + measuring tape and I think it is worth it.It measures body fat, muscle mass, body water and many more parameters.Comes with batteries for both tape and scale, sadly they are not rechargable but i guess they will last a long time.The scale looks great, but the glass surface attracts fingerprints like a magnet! Nothing you can’t solve with a damp wipe though.I have compared it with my old one and gives me very similar results.I like the big color display that tells you the most important info straight away without having to check the phone.The measuring tape is a nice addition if one wants to really keep track of his progress. works well without delay and is very accurate. I expecially like that the app tells you how and where to measure.The app is easy to use and can recognise if two different people are using the same scale, especially if there is a big difference in weight, so that if you make a mistake you don’t ruin your records.

Pour le prix, il ne faut pas s’en passer. Nous suivons un régime, et cet ensemble est très pratique pour suivre l’évolution poids / dimensions. Comparé à notre ancienne balance digitale, les résultats obtenus sont les mêmes (à 100 g près) .L’application fonctionne parfaitement bien avec un Iphone.

La báscula se empareja con el teléfono y tras esto detecta si quieres el peso en lb o kg y en su pantalla te sale una infografía con todos los datos, además de tenerlos en el móvil. La cinta es pequeña, cabe en mi mano y te ayuda a recabar todos los datos de forma digital. Muy rápido, sencillo de usar y bastante práctico

Fonctionnait très bien, mais au bout d’un mois et demi plus aucune possibilité de se connecter au Bluetooth. J’ai essayé de retirer la pile puis la remettre, résultat je suis bloquée avec une balance où je ne peux plus changer l’unité de mesure… Je ne peux plus repasser en kg. 😒

I’ve had this smart scale for a couple weeks now and it’s been so beneficial. The smart scale included a smart tape measure too which allows you to record body fat rate. The app is also excellent and works well with the scales giving you in depth information. Really would recommend for people who are trying to lose or even gain weight!Also comes with batteries so that’s great too.
