This truly helps me!
I was so skeptical this would work. I had a neck injury that was causing me a lot of pain for months. I was going to the chiropractor regularly which was costing me so much $$$. The chiro would realign my neck, but my muscles were so tight, they would just pull my neck right back out of place again within hours. I couldn’t break the cycle! I started getting ads for a similar product to this one but one that was $200. I found this one on Amazon for $49 or something close to that. I figured it was worth a shot.When I first got it, I was confused on how to make it work with the remote. My husband helped me figure it out. Once you get passed that learning curve it’s not hard to control. Laying on this thing isn’t like getting a massage. It’s not overly relaxing, so I think people initially get upset about that. Also, the vibration setting is intense – it kind of rattles your brain. I only use the vibration on the lowest setting and only for a minute to loosen my muscles up. But anyway, despite my initial lack of enthusiasm, I gave this an honest go and used it for about 10-15 minutes 2-3 times a day and by day 2 I was already feeling a difference. I set heat to 1, pulses to level 3, and for the last minute I turn on the vibration to 1 for only a minute. That works for me.I have had this thing for a month now and I have not had to go back to the chiro at all. My neck doesn’t hurt all night long anymore and it doesn’t ache while I’m working. As long as I regularly use it, my neck pain stays away, but if I miss a day I start to feel it. As soon as I get back to using it, my neck feels better again.I think the key to this thing helping so much is the EMS pulses. There are cheap copycats of this thing that don’t have that part included and those won’t work for you. But this one, even though it’s way cheaper, does have the pulsing (like a tens unit) and that’s what makes it work. My muscles are more relaxed and don’t pull my neck out of alignment anymore.I 100% recommend this thing. It’s saving me so time and money and most importantly I have such a better quality of life because I’m not in constant pain anymore!

Poor Quality, hard to use, can’t remove the battery on the remote – ONE STAR
We tried like hell and are unable to get the battery out of the tiny remote that was furnished. We pushed the button as instructed but the battery holder will not come out. We have just about broke the remote trying to get the little battery tray to slide out. So far, totally unsuccessful.. The lowest quality material. Must have been made in China.The massager itself is not very good either. The different selections are not very operable. Piece of junk!! Overall, it’s 1 star.

Relieved My Neck Pain
This device has helped my neck pain a lot. It took a little time to figure out the controls, and it’s more of a therapy device than a relaxing massage. The vibration can feel strong, but the heat and EMS pulse settings worked really well for loosening tight muscles.After using it consistently for 10–15 minutes a few times a day, I noticed improvement within days. After a month of use, my neck pain significantly decreased, and I no longer needed frequent chiropractor visits. The EMS pulse feature seems to make the biggest difference. Overall, it’s been a great value and has improved my daily comfort and quality of life.

Heating element not working properly.
Neck massager heating element was broken. The heat only worked on one side and was extremely hot, it felt like it was burning my skin. And that was one the low setting. Could not use this item with the heat on at all.

Working long hours at desk had given me persistent neck and shoulder pain which even began to affect my sleep. Found this Neck and Shoulder Relaxer on line and tried for 3 weeks now. Lying on it for 20 mins before sleep, allowing the angle design and natural gravity to gently release muscle tension. Combination of heat therapy is a bonus, temperate effectively promotes blood circulation. Overall, this is a good product in addition to vibrating massager.
