Alright guys, I was super skeptical about getting one of these, no way it could be the same as the one at the chiropractor’s office. But lemme tell you, this is better. You can walk around with it on and the intensity is awesome. I can only handle going to like level 4-5 and there are like 20. I highly, highly recommend this. Saving me 70 bucks a week and costs less than half of an appointment.

It works so well for neck and shoulders/shoulder blades pain. It helps relaxes and ease the pain. Instructions are very easy to follow, best part is they recommend what settings to use for what part of the body. The sickness of the pads may wear out after a while but that’s expected.

I was very impressed by its functionality, but I admit it was pretty pedestrian compared to the ones that are out now. Since I have lost the sensors and the remote (actually I found the remote but I forgot how to use it!), it was time for an upgrade. That’s why I ordered this 3-in-1 muscle stimulator from AVCOO.In the majority of my reviews, products start out with five stars. I deduct stars for each characteristic that could be considered universally unfavorable. I’ve given this product five stars. Let me explain:Pros:- For pain management, having TENS, EMS, and RELAX in one device makes this feel more flexible than a basic unit. I rely on OTC pain medication for several severe joint issues, and while this isn’t a replacement for medical care, it has been a meaningful tool for managing soreness and targeting areas that are hard to work due to disability or limited mobility. I’ve used it across common trouble spots like the back, shoulders, and legs, and it’s easy to understand why people reach for TENS when elbows, knees, sciatica-type pain, or pelvic-region discomfort flares up.- The dual-channel setup is especially useful because it allows you to treat two areas (or two pad placements) without constantly reconfiguring everything. The 24 modes and 40 levels also give plenty of room to tailor the sensation. Importantly, the progression feels graduated rather than “shocky,” which is critical for comfort. That said, this device has real power: if you aren’t careful, you might turn it up so high that you might start thinking about people getting tasered. I’ve personally been taking it slow, staying around P4 for a while and only barely increasing the electric pulses with each use.- Compared to my older unit, the modern screen and USB-C charging are immediate quality-of-life upgrades. The included EVA case helps keep the kit organized, which matters when you’re dealing with multiple pads and accessories. Muscle cramps are no fun, and the pain after a long session of cramping is tough. Finding this TENS muscle stimulator from AVCOO has been a bit off a life saver.This is easy to use, just take the time to read through the instructions. All of the different functions work as described. This recharges quickly. It is amazing how this system has helped ease the pain from cramping. The portability of this makes it perfect for travel.Best $40 bucks spent ever.
