Great humidifier! It was very easy to use and worked great in my room. It produces a very soft sound so I was able to rest well and helped me breathe. I love that you can adjust the intensity of the steam! Great value!!

Nice compact unit
This is really nice little unit! I didn’t want to spend a lot of money but wanted to add a little moisture to the air. It does the job, it is quiet, no leaking or dampness in the area. It cleans easily.

UPDATE: January 10th, 2026 – Been using this BOXING 3L Humidifier for a very short time but I’m very pleased with its performance.I would like to inform folks who are concerned with “the white dust” that some humidifiers produce that it’s NOT the fault of the unit; it’s the MINERALS in the tap water that causes that result, especially if you have hard water. I use water filtered by a Brita faucet filter AND distilled water produced by a water distiller I bought here on Amazon. Since using both – alternatively – I’ve not had any dust from my BOXING humidifier nor excessive mineral buildup on the filters of my evaporative humidifier. I found that distilling the Brita faucet filtered water resulted in much less detritus left behind in the basin of the distiller. When I first distilled the regular tap water – not using the Brita filter – I was horrified by what was left behind in distiller’s basin!So please, if you can, at least get a Brita faucet water filter and try that water in the humidifier. It might make a difference because this little humidifier is really a good pick.I am asthmatic with allergies, and since contracting COVID my asthma has worsened so I need a good humidity level and cleaner air in my home. Between this humidifier and a great air purifier, I’m getting through this northeast winter breathing much better than previous years.Hope this helps someone.~~~~~~~~~~~~I’m physically disabled and in extreme pain most days so any device I use has to be low maintenance. This BOXING Cool Mist Humidifier is perfect for my needs. The first thing I noted is how quiet it is even on the high setting.I use it in an approximate 15’ x 15’ bedroom, set on my dresser and monitor the humidity with a hygrometer. Without the humidifier it reads anywhere from 23 to 25%. After an hour or so it raises to about 37%. I live in a high rise with baseboard heating. I also use a small box fan behind the humidifier to push the mist more to the center of the bedroom because there’s absolutely no circulation in my place.After giving it a first cleaning – per the instructions – I filled it with distilled water (I have water distiller I bought here on Amazon) and turned it on. It provides a good cool mist that’s steady. I like the soft night light as I read before settling down to sleep.It’s a simple top fill that’s very convenient, especially for someone who has problems with their hands and neck. In other words, no strain to fill it or clean it.Most importantly is that even when I use the Brita faucet filtered water, the BOXING humidifier doesn’t leave that annoying white residue some folks are concerned about.The light is pleasant to settle down to while reading in bed before sleep. I used the scent tray with a little essential oil and the unit very gently wafted the combination into my bedroom. I was quite surprised because I did not expect that to be the case.I definitely recommend this BOXING Cool Mist Humidifier.

I can sleep!
TLDR: It’s sufficiently quiet, simple enough to hand wash, and humidifies a small bedroom effectively.The long version: I’m a light sleeper and while this is mostly definitely NOT silent, I am able to tune out this humidifier enough to sleep. Low and high setting have the same noise volume, as represented in my video. For reference, this Boxing humidifier has a lower pitch than the Levoit that seems to be what it is modeled after (interior architecture is almost identical in the two). The Levoit may have a similar noise volume, but the pitch is higher and it keeps me awake. The parts on the Boxing are accessible enough to hand wash, but scrubbing is required. On high, this humidifier helps me keep my floors clean, as it leaves a wide wet puddle for me to mop up. Backed off of the high setting just slightly eliminates the puddle issue and a full tank lasts all night. I have no idea what the longevity of this will be. Lastly, in case anyone out there is comparing this to highly rated competition, the Boxing is MUCH quieter than the Carepod and far simpler to clean than the Blueair Dreamwell, which I returned before using because I was overwhelmed by the prospect of cleaning the Blueair without a dishwasher.
