Overall these are junk! They just vibrate in your hand . But IF YOU ARE GONNA BUY ONE GET THIS ONE! I’ve bought several and this one vibrates much harder than any of them .

Save your money
Save your money. It works, as in functions, with a mild to moderate shock, which can be distracting when you’re overthinking at bedtime, but I don’t fall asleep any faster than without it. It is not calming for me. I actually get annoyed with it some nights. I think I thought it was going to be more of a mild vibration.

Best item for adhd kids
We love this device. My 3 year old and 9 year old use it. It has helped both of them fall asleep easier and calm them down at night. It has many serrings making it easy to use for everyone. The battery lasted many nights before needing charged. Great value for the cost!
