Definitely worth it!

Defective product be aware
Horrible instructions, not enough material inside to fit on teeth like a mouth guard, then it doesn’t say anything about guided sides or how it should fit. Still tired snoring and miserable

Works for snoring, pain is WAY too much.
I want to give it a 2 star because it makes my teeth hurt so bad, but it does work. I did not snore at all per my wife who is very sensitive to snoring. I don’t think my sleep quality necessarily went up because it is a bit bulky and again it hurts my teeth so bad. But for snoring it did work. I just can’t do it anymore I’ve used it for 5 days now and the pain is just getting worse. I tried to tough it out and get used to it but it is not getting any better. This is just my experience though I’m sure it works well for others. I think the biggest issue with the teeth pain is that it only molds onto your front teeth. I bit down as hard as I possibly could and the back teeth would not touch the mouth piece at all so essentially all the pressure is on the front teeth.

Big and bulky — didn’t work for me
I really wanted this to help, but it just didn’t work for me. The device is big and bulky, and I found it hard to sleep with no matter how many nights I tried. It was easy to modify to fit my teeth, but even after adjusting it, I didn’t notice any improvement. Maybe it works for others, but for me it was uncomfortable and ineffective.

Lately I’ve been snoring so much that it wakes my boyfriend up. I bought this and not only has it helped with my snoring, it also helps with my TMJ and clenching my jaw. Recommend!

I did not snore! The setup was easy. I hate my CPAP machine and this works! Everyone in the house slept a little better also without listening to me snore.
