Surprisingly Helpful for Light Snoring, but Not a Perfect Fix
I picked up this anti‑snoring device mostly out of curiosity, and it has actually been more useful than I expected. It sits on top of the nose instead of going inside it, which makes it a lot more comfortable than the nose inserts and strips I’ve tried in the past. The strap is soft, easy to adjust, and doesn’t pull my hair, which I appreciated right away.The way it works is simple. Once your snoring hits a certain volume, it gives a gentle vibration to nudge you out of that snore cycle. When it’s positioned correctly, the vibration is soft enough that it doesn’t wake me up, but it does make me shift just enough to stop the snoring. My partner noticed the difference before I did, which says a lot.There are a few quirks, though. It only detects snoring over 40 decibels, so the quieter snorts slip right past it. On the other hand, if someone else in the room snores loudly, it can mistake that for you and start vibrating. I had a couple of nights where it reacted to my partner instead of me. The vibration also keeps going for a full minute unless you tap the button, which feels long when you’re half asleep.Comfort depends on how still you sleep. If you toss and turn, the device can shift out of place and stop working as well. When it’s lined up properly, it does its job. When it moves, it’s basically just along for the ride.Overall, I see this as a helpful tool for mild or positional snoring. It’s gentle, rechargeable, and more comfortable than most snoring gadgets I’ve tried. It’s not a miracle solution, but for quick corrections and quieter nights, it definitely helps

Not for soft snores – only LOUD ones
My husband always says that I snore and I didnt believe him until I wore this device to bed. lol It vibrates as it detects a snore and it definitely vibrated when I had it on (confirming my husbands accusation lol). This device looks funny- my toddler called me a pig lol but it is actually very comfortable. The band to secure it doesnt pull my hair and I can adjust the tightness to my comfort. The “snout” part sits ON TOP of my nose so it doesnt obstruct my breathing at all.It doesnt prevent me from snoring but it definitely sends a signal (vibrates) when I begin to snore. So, it pretty much prevents me right away from continuing to snore. The vibration is gentle & doesnt scare me out of my sleep. I have it at the lowest setting (there are only 2). it does just enough for me to stop the snore cycle…until I snore again and then it does this again. lol I like this so much more than my husband giving me the elbow nudge. It’s so gentle and so quick to catch a snort that he is actually sleeping through out the night now. lol HOWEVER, there are times when HE SNORES SO LOUD that the device thinks its me and vibrates. lol So I might get him a pair.HOWEVER, The device is designed to detect snoring sounds OVER 40 decibels. So, sometimes my minor snorts dont get detected. I tested it while I was awake and you’d have to snore LOUD in order for it to detect it. So, this doesnt always work for me. It’s more suitable for my husband whos snores can be heard through out the whole house.Another thing is that once the vibration starts, it doesnt stop for a whole minute (which seems like a long time when you’re asleep) until you touch the button to stop it. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you can probably sleep right through it because the vibration tends to be relaxing. lolIt’s effective and much more comfortable than other devices that goes into your nose (blocking your breathing), sticks onto your skin & leaves sticky residue (snore strips), and I’ve even seen devices that you wear in your mouth…I can just imagine the drool & discomfort. lolUnlike the strips, this is reusable. And I love that it is also rechargeable! So far, so good!

Total gimmick
Product purports to be an “anti-snoring” device. Well, I guess, if you want to be woken up every time you snore, that would actually live up to the claim.All this thing does is vibrate when it detects snoring. There’s no “AI Smart” in it. The vibrations are supposed to tighten your nasal passages. SAY WHAT? I don’t know about you, but that is the opposite of why I snore. I need more nasal passage!Anyway, you strap this thing over your head and wear it on your nose. I tried it for a few nights and found it super uncomfortable, especially if you’re a side sleeper and roll forward at all. The straps are soft but like to yank out hair if you’re not careful. When I wasn’t being woken up by the discomfort, the thing would vibrate my face.I was really hoping for an alternative to breathing strips. Guess I’m sticking to those.
