Why no reading when using the baby probe?
1.The baby probe is suitable for under 2 years old or 25 pounds. Please keep your baby still when using.
2.Sensors should be detected on the thinnest part near the little toe.
3.Check if there is a sensor glows red. If not, the probe is damaged.
Why is there still no alarm sounds after exceeding the set range?
1. Check whether [SpO2] and [PR] are set to [ON] in [Alarm Setting].
2. Check whether [Alarm Volume] in [System Setting] is set as 30.
3. Check whether displays a mute mark. If so, click the mute button in the lower left corner to cancel the mute.
Why isn’t the device saving the whole night data?
If you want to save data for a whole night, please set [Record Mode] to [Trend 05M].
Why is it still not charged after plugging in?
If need to use the base, please check whether the charging magnet between the base and device is well placed and reposition it.
If don‘t use the base, you can directly connect the interface at the bottom of device through the USB-C charging cable.

Not accurate and connection issues
In theory, this seems like a good device, but in practice it has several issues that make it difficult to rely on. I purchased it mainly to monitor my toddler’s oxygen levels overnight due to asthma.The biggest concern is that when the probe slips off the finger—which happens quite easily and frequently—the device does not trigger an alarm. Instead, it only displays a “finger off” message and then shuts down after some time. That defeats the purpose of continuous monitoring.I also found the readings to be slow to respond to changes. Compared to another fingertip oximeter I own, this one appears to apply heavy smoothing or filtering, which delays updates. It also tends to read about 1–2% higher consistently.The baby probe frequently loses connection, which makes it unreliable for continuous use. The adult probe, on the other hand, becomes uncomfortable after a few minutes, causing numbness and tingling in the fingers.Overall, this device has potential, but in its current form it’s not very useful for overnight monitoring, especially for children.

Pretty good unit
I haven’t used all the features, the O2 sat and heart rate pickup works pretty good and appears to be accurate. Simple turn on and go with the display, don’t need to pair with your phone or connect to WiFi to use this device. Charging cable supplied is short (~1 foot) but USB-A to C cable are easy to find and come in longer lengths.

I bought this oximeter and I found it very practical, especially because it works for both adults and babies. It is easy to use, in a few seconds it shows you the oxygen saturation and the pulse.I like that it is compact and light, so I can have it at home or carry it in my wallet without problem. In the case of babies, it works well, but it is important that they are calm so that the measurement is more accurate.It does not replace a medical evaluation, but it does give peace of mind to have it at home to monitor at any time.In general, it fulfills its function and is a good option for the price.

Good product, great customer support!
My father is using this device to monitor his blood oxygen and pulse rate while sleeping. He keeps it bedside on the charging dock. The cord for the finger probe is long enough to allow his arm to move without disturbing the placement of the dock. The finger probe is light, soft, easy to wear while sleeping, and its construction is superb. *EDIT* Be sure to use the silicone sleeve when docking the device for a perfectly snug and secure fit. Without the sleeve, the device will rock in the dock. The sleeve is easy to miss because it’s white (like the packaging). Inside the box it is located beneath a divider underneath the device. *END EDIT* The device’s menu is very easy to navigate and alarms are easy to set up. The pulse intensity (PI) percentage helps to identify the finger that’ll give the strongest readings. The device’s accuracy is as advertised. The charging cable is maybe 5 inches long, but that isn’t problematic since have the dock hooked up to a multi-charging USB cable used to power devices my father also keeps bedside. All in all, we were very pleased with the device, and then it unexpectedly stopped turning on. The seller/manufacturer was easy to contact via Amazon and responded very quickly to my inquiry. Problem was resolved just as quickly. Customer support is outstanding. They seem to genuinely care that you have a good experience using their product.
